Hey Jeff. Don't forget the 737 you want to fly Ref + 5 or more depending on the headwind. If you land at or below Vref your passengers are definitely gonna feel it :-P Great video though!
I learned the hard way.... you MUST have a joystick or yoke to play X-Plane. Don't even try to use the keyboard.

Xp11 is definitely not good for flying with a mouse and keyboard, p3d/fsx are, clicking doesn't do anything, you have to do CTRL+Y to activate the mouse yoke and it uses the whole screen, making it more responsive, in xp11 you have a small box where if you move your mouse a pixel up your plane nosedives

You FPS are so low. Like you get the whole flight a lower simrate most of them.
Its Xplane, that's pretty standard to the fanboy club, they think 20/30 fps is acceptable.
@@activex7327 20-30fps is the goal for all flightsim users, P3D and XP11. The reason for the low FPS is that he is using xEnviro, which is extremely unoptimized.
@@DiamondAviation727 That's a typical response of a person who doesn't understand or have even a slight clue about computer graphics applications. Misleading and useless comment. You can play at 20 fps, the rest of us will play at 40+ fps
@@activex7327 I play XP11 and P3D at 40+ fps as well, but some simmers want atleast 30fps and some decide to lock it at 30fps for a more smooth experience. I don't really understand how a phrase "20-30fps is the goal for all flightsim users" means that I don't understand how a graphics applications, but I guess you can be one of those people to bring unnecessary comments to a discussion.
@@DiamondAviation727 You said "for all Flightsim users", as in "ALL/everyone", that was your speculative comment. Professionals, people with knowledge, and Laminar/Asobo think otherwise. Also, your statement, some simmers locking FPS @ 30, they're doing this because they have no choice, if the application would render at expected FPS, you would not have to do this, not to mention adding add-ons freely and not getting a slide show. I am sorry, you just don't understand.
