Generally you can purchase individual assets like those animations to use or you can subscribe to services that have a bunch of different animations/backgrounds/etc to select from.

I love the amount of time, effort and detail you put in....it sets you apart from every other asmr channel because you really care about your viewers and care about the quality content you create and that totally comes through in your videos.

I've tried those ASMR sound environments in VR Chat and it's great
ASMRrequests has a couple VR videos up. I've never watched them since I don't have VR equipment, so I can't vouch for their quality.
If you have a headset you can click the three dots up in the corner and click “watch in vr”. I haven’t tried it so I don’t know how well it works, but I just know it’s there.
Following Jen since the beginnings and I can say that she's now one of the best ASMRtists in youtube.
I tend to work a lot, 3rd shift, I wake up a lot during the day, videos like these help me go to sleep in the first place and well in this case getting back to sleep, these help me stay asleep for a few hours at a time, other wise I wake up every 20 minutes

You do excellent soft-spoken ASMR that doesn't sound overly breathy/whispery.. You also never seem to get super repetitious with phrasing or rely on 'clucking'.
To me, just top-notch ASMR-ing to doze to and another reason why I could never go to a real salon without falling asleep! 🤣
