C@talan's are known to lie and manipulate reality for political reasons. Idk how many times they lied about things that are now all coming out to the light. Sandro Rosell, former President of Barça and former president of Nike in Brazil, once said 'we didn't even have color printer cartridges so we forced everyone to print in black and white." Same guy lied about the true transfer fee of Neymar from the '57million euro' to actually costing the team well over 200million euros (accounting for 40% of the hedge fund that owned Neymar's future transfer, paying his dad's company 25%, salary, and Santos receiving, no kidding, 17 million for Neymar's transfer. Neymar's camp originally negotiated with Madrid for 150million euros, but Florentino said no to it due to all the things I listed about his transfer middlemen costs. Laporta is no different, he kissed Messi's jersey and kicked him out but kept Pique and now extended Sergi Roberto's contract, why? Catalan Independence supporters. Kick backs to their people, and zero for the fans.

Laporta is a tool that came back to FC Barcelona with a more than far fetched plan and a plan that is more embarrassing than him which is the creation of the Euro Super League. That was all Laporta had up his sleeve for a big financial boost for FC Barcelona and surely when a silly dream like that didn't happen or will never happen then Laporta like a crazy clown started pulling all them levers and did everything else coz he panicked and had no real vision or concrete plan to begin with

@@NaserHekmat Yes its not Laporta's fault that Bartomeu ruined the club if Laporta was a supporter and a fan.
However, since Laporta got himself reelected to become Barca president again and of course all of Bartomeu's mess was well documented but the fact that Laporta was playing at nostalgia without any realistic vision or plans means Laporta's is as bad as Bartomeu and clearly it shows today in terms of how FC Barcelona as a whole is worse not better in the long run.

True football analytical mind, yup I fully agree with the assessment. Yes it will cost FC barcelona over 20 mil euros if they sack Xavi which would damper their summer plans for whomever the new coach is and add that to the already existing financial problems of the club no a Flick or even a potential to be top tier coach will certainly not want to come now. Especially Flick since he needs to revamp himself after his disastrous run as German national coach.
Pep, for sure will never come back because he has conquered everything in club football and plus he is spoiled in a very good way by Man City owners so if you worked with that kind of competence, freedom, and convenience its hard to go elsewhere. If anything Pep might consider conquering major national team trophies with Spain. He's done with club football.
