Honestly, compassion, understanding and patience are my focus or I turn into something else 😢 Still a catalyst, just not the one anyone wants. Some need, I guess that’s the way ✌️ ♾11♾
The gifts we get from others are for ever & we draw from them as needed Tucked away in the memory god equipped you with , right along side of your emotions, insecurities, laughter, joy, pain , etc use them , but manage them ! Knee jerk reactions are bad right ? Not necessarily so , as there is always another side of the equation, an opposite , a half truth to the half truth ! I love my knee jerk reaction it’s primal & it’s raw & sometimes requires self censorship & timing ⏱️, we think , 🤔 there for we are & we are what we think ! Constantly searching & scanning the stars , the universe, even exploring the back side of the moon 🌖 exercises for the mind keeping it sharp & healthy! These things can’t be explored or seen from an existence within a Box 📦 our Neanderthal behavior long since behind us !
