It's actually the BelugaXL, which has the beluga face painted on. Same idea, newer base airplane (A330 instead of A300), and a bit more capacity than the Beluga.
I got to see a Super Guppy in real life recently! At the Tillamook Air Museum in Tillamook, Oregon. Incredible plane.
