this was originally a leroy Burgess track for his album never came out due to Greg Cahmichael relasing all the other tracks on the UNIVERSAL ROBOT BAND

100% corrent. Barely Breaking Even was supposed to be on the Logg album, but Greg Carmichael stole the track from the studio before they could give the album to Salsoul. Many years later the find out he released it in the UK under the name Universal Robot Band.
