Instead of painting a rosey and perfect picture of Bahria, you should have made video on the pros and cons and explained the reality. The realtor sahib wants to sell properties so ofcourse he will only highlight the good things. Instead of agreeing with him on every single thing, you should have asked him some tough questions about the concerns that buyers usually have when considering property in BTK.
Sir sorry to say but construction of bahria is not good. SO i would rather pay extra and get a privately constructed villa
