I raced this class in the 1970s with modern sticky tires. 4.5 in wide rears and 3.0 wide fronts. we ran the engines on alcohol with Klotz oil for more power. We averaged 25 to 30 karts. 1st race fastest in front, 2nd race inverted, 3rd race inverted again. There sure was a lot of passing and a whole lot of fun. I raced this class 4 years with a Fox kart. Then I moved up to the MC101 class with a Margay kart.
Awesome race footage!
