- The following video is from one of the Bay Area’s best graffiti locations filled with amazing artwork. Follow along as we take a tour of this incredible spot.
Memory lane:
As an adolescent my friends as I used to venture into the surrounding creek area when the walls were bare with the exception of a few scribbled gang tags. My friend, Fat Boy, and others took me here when we were young teenagers leaving a permanent chapter in my life.
Before the dawn of the internet era, the only real access we had to graffiti from a national and international standpoint were the zines from Tower Records and The Source magazine at the local supermarkets. We religiously studied these distant writers and mimicked their style along these concrete walls and the freights that traversed the rails. At that point in time it was impossible for us to travel to New York City to witness their Halls of Fame and thus; we named this spot the Hall of Fame, hoping that one day these walls would be covered with the artistic merits of those skilled in this art form.
On one warm day countless years ago, we headed down here only to find a large salmon swimming upstream, seemingly lost along its migrant trek. One friend took it home and ate it. Lol.
Forever Resting In Peace Fat Boy. Always missed and loved.

This is so tight, I didn't know about this location. Such solid pieces. Looks like real writer go there and not a lot of trash scribbles or people jackin with others!
Looks like the way outs of the east bay (Livermore out) or maybe San Jose?! Or even Vallejo?
