Same, I also play offline. I thought my builds were pretty good to alright but apparently not because I keep failing the damage check without the SB bursts, which despite my settings the NPCs keep setting off just before the check. I guess, I'll do more grinding and/or need lots of luck to pass this. Take care, good luck to you.
Well it has 10000 Pwr was recommended but that is such a lie everytime u got to 50 percent of his life he does a attack that literally kills your whole teammate and it’s a instant defeat and they don’t get enough time to stop it
