I may consider doing that in the future, not quite sure. As for the Cypher, it feels pretty decent, it's got good power but it is fairly twitchy/snappy.

Definitely the Futo GTX - probably the best beginner drift car there is. Once you're more comfortable with drifting you can give the Massacro a shot.

Respectfully disagree with you on that - there's loads of better options that handle better, are much cheaper, and offer better looks and customization.
What wheels did you use on the remus?
The 'Cup Champion' wheels in the Street category!
What tipe of wheel type do you have on the remus
The build in the thumbnail had the 'V8 Killer' wheels, and the one in the video had the 'Cup Champion' wheels. They're both in the 'Street' category.
I feel like tke s2k (rt3000) is so hard to drift, it has too much power and it just spin out alot
I think the power is great, you just can't run low-grips and the lowered stance at the same time otherwise it's undriveable haha. Try out the setup I showed in the video.
@@StevieWunderKid will do that might be the problem, i actually had it setup from the time after they nerfed them and you had to run lowgrips and lowered stance at the same time
Is the intruder the chaser?
Kinda is a Chaser yeah, but mainly an Infiniti Q45.
I often wondered if armor, on or off, ever made a difference. I notice most of your setups do not have armor. Is this just to save money or do you actually think it affects weight or something else?
Good question! Armor actually has no effect on a car's weight, but I typically leave it off because it makes it harder to stance cars manually (you'll need to shoot it more). Since it oftentimes makes the process of stancing a bit slower and increases the cost of the build, I leave it off all of my setups. But yes, you could always throw it on if you wanted your car to be a bit more damage-resistant (which can help a little bit when drifting)!

@karlwickstrom6091 you prolly found out by now but thats when you see players shooting the tires to manually stance them. The newer cars you can just use the interaction menu to “lowered” to easily stance them.
Rt3000 or annis remus, which one is better in your opinion
The RT3000 for sure, it has a bit more power and holds a lot more angle.

I have already, and it's far behind any of the cars showcased in this video. The handling is too twitchy and snappy, plus the mid-drive speed boost still isn't that easy/consistent.
Does armor actually affect drifting?
No it doesn't, I just leave it off for cost purposes. If you want a bit more damage resistance and don't plan on stancing your car, you can upgrade the armor though!
When is the next RMR?
Probably in a couple weeks, after I'm able to finish up my tutorial and we get some more dripfeed cars.
What about the supra mk4 :(
Even with the infinite speed boost it still feels garbage for drifting - the weight distribution and grip make it feel really snappy, and the mid-drive speed boost is hard to repeat consistently.

How to lower stance on Karin Futo GTX?
Open up the interaction menu, head into the 'Vehicles' category, then scroll down to 'Vehicle Stance' and set it to 'Lowered.'

Not as good as the other cars I showcased though - but don't worry, I will be featuring it in my list of best AWD drift cars!
the reason why some cars feel better to drift compared to how they were before is because they tweaked the handling flags for them to be able to brake boost again in the update.
I'm well aware of this haha, but I probably should've mentioned this in the video so other people knew - thanks for the reminder!
I have to give you credit for the clean section in the S13. It's hard to drift around that lake without clipping the AI.

Holy crap there are so many jdm drift cars now! It's crazy to see how much difference low grip tires make , so happy for next gen drifters
There are a ton more, it's great! And it's not just for next-gen drifters, everyone has access to low-grips now!

I thought that the S2K has handling flag that increases grip with each suspension mod? I see you have the Silvia build with stock suspension although they both have the same handling flag. How should I build the S2K then??
You're correct about it having that flag, yes. Because the RT3000 is already pretty unstable to begin with, upgrading the suspension for that build is intentional - I find it helps the car's handling slightly, balancing out the traction loss with low-grips equipped. Since the Remus is a bit underpowered and not as prone to oversteer as the RT3000, I left the suspension stock on that car so it was a bit easier to get / keep sideways.
What's better the karin futo or the karin futo gtx

*Hey Stevie, could u make a Unexpected/Weird drift cars video? there's some weird cars that aren't supposed to drift but perform pretty decent for example the Regina and the Dubsta 6x6*
*I'd say they're more for fun than for actual drifting bc the Faction Donk is hard to drift but fun and the Dubsta is a good drifter (also very fun) but just not comparable to the Rapid GT*

I'm assuming you've just seen StxnceUK's video on that? If not, I'd go check it out, definitely features some cars that you mentioned in your comment. I've known about cars like the Dubsta 6x6 and the Regina for a while, and there's also a ton of vans that are actually amazing drift cars too - I might not make a video on it immediately but I'll try to make one in the future!

I used to, but after giving it a fair shot I must say I was pretty impressed!
The 190z has adjustable stance? No, that must be a mod.
No, it doesn't have adjustable stance - that's why I say it must be done manually (i.e. using a weapon to break the suspension) to experience a traction loss. No mods needed!
i feel like with the s13 i can never get enough power through some long lines, maybe it’s a skill gap but idk
It definitely requires a bit more skill to get used to. Overall, it doesn't have the most power and has more grip than some other cars which can make high-speed lines tough to hold.

Because I don't want the car to slow down too much when I'm doing reverse entries / high-angle drifts.

EXACTLY dude, one of the most disappointing cars in the game in my opinion, despite the fact that it drifts so well it looks horrendous and is so unnecessarily expensive :(

What did you wanna see / learn about it? Both versions of the Eclipse aren't very good for drifting if that's what you're asking for, so I don't plan on covering them in my videos.
Do your builds cover PS4 I been trying to get into drifting and noticed some features like Haos shop on only available on next gen
Yup, these builds apply to all systems! There are some HSW-specific cars I'll showcase but I always make sure to mention that in the information table that's shown on-screen.

Always wanted to know, what in your opinion is the best drift car and your favorite car and why?
The Dewbauchee Massacro Racecar, by a mile - super smooth and consistent, great power, doesn't need to be stanced, cheap, and it looks amazing (although it doesn't have the best customization). I could drift that car for days and never get tired of it.

And does the suspension still need to be stock?? With the fix of the drift cars?
For the LS Tuners DLC cars, yes, you should leave the suspension stock - upgrading it will increase traction and make drifting slightly harder. Not sure what you're talking about in your second question.

No, not mandatory, but definitely helpful if you have them unlocked/can afford them.
I really expected the S95 on this list, but I guess that's because it's on E&E only.
That, and it's handling is too unpredictable - it has more than enough power to slide, but is just so twitchy (even more than the ZR350) and unbalanced which makes holding a line really hard.

Toss the car in and slam the brakes when it reaches about 90 degrees rotation to pull out some angle, then let go of the brakes and resume drifting as normal!

Yeah I tried that too, to be honest it's not that much different than just running the low-grips though.
