there is a reason for that, that girl you mention can only do low notes ,even her normal singing voice is low ( its called range in singing circles ) ,it has nothing to do with power ( drag the note long ,take lesser breadth ) , tune ( whether your out of key ) or very important to music lovers emotions , I think you understand why after I posted this .

이 무대로 시라양은 내 최애픽 됐고 파이널 까지 갔지~세정양도 잘했지만 전체 보컬1위를 시라양이 했으면 더 좋았을텐데 하는 아쉬움이....ㅜㅜ

난 강시라가 프듀 방송 끝까지 빛을 못봤던게 너무 아쉬움. 보컬에서 1등까지 먹었으면 충분히 욕심내도 될 상황이었는데 얘기하는거나 행동하는거보면.. 후반부로갔을때 시라한테 무슨 일이 있었는지는 나는 정확히 모르지만 꺾인 느낌이었고 데뷔할 마음이 거의 없어진것같았음. 하긴 그도 그런게 프로그램 분량 자체가 너무 불공평하니 시라도 본인이 데뷔못한다는걸 예감했는듯.. 근데 난 너무 아쉽고 아픈손가락임 마지막에 그냥 악편 당할 각오라도 하고 욕심을 냈으면 어땠을까.. 결과가 어떻게 남았을까.. 프듀 101명 통틀어 제일 아쉬웠던 멤버.
프듀 시즌 1에서 "센터는 딱히 의미 없는 거 같아요" 했던 애 방송 편집으로 4번인가 연속해서 저 장면 틀어주고 조롱하던 거 생각하면 악편 당할 각오로 뭔가 했다가는 진짜 매장당했을 수도 있었어요...
어우 생각해보니 또 화나네 진짜
아마 저 때 되면 방송에서 분량/서사로 티나게 밀어주는 애들이 너무 확연히 보여서
그리고 조금만 말 해도 악편으로 사람 죽이는 걸 봐와서
이미 단념한 듯 ㅜㅜ
아니요 파트 정할 때 메보 붙이긴 했어요. 유연정한테 밀리고 김청하한테 밀려서 쩌리 파트 되버린것뿐 ...; 너무 아쉬운 시라 ㅠㅠㅠ
사실 성격자체가 조금 조용하고 무덤덤한 느낌이 짙은거 같아요.. 실제로 3차 순발식에도 강시라가 베네핏이 없었다면 몇등인지 궁금하지 않습니까? 이때도 관심이 없었다고 말하거나 뭔가 엠넷이 잡아주려고 해도 잡아줄게 보컬 외에 딱히 없었던것도 한 몫한거 같아요..

그리고 이방송 다 보신분은 알겠지만 이노래를 하고싶어서 한게아니었고 잘 모르는 노래였는데 이렇게 연습해서 그걸 알기에 더 감동적이다

After watching the episode, out of all the vocal teams, i feel that this is the only team with members that are genuinely supportive of one another. In a way they are at the lowest level, all they wanted was to put up a great performance rather than winning and competing with one another indirectly. That's why they were able to come up with such a beautiful arrangement, and this song, it's a blessing in disguise that nobody knows it.
PS: The live voting by the 1,000 audiences to get that bonus 100k votes is rigged as fuck. Statisically, the team with less members are bound to get a larger portion of the vote distribution.

I just watched this episode with eng sub. At the end of this performance, Kang Sira said "Many people probably won't know our existence here. We all are the lowest rankers but 5 of us have made this stage together. My heart is imploding because of this. I wish that many will remember our five's stage for a long time. Please let me continue to sing... I will work hard, thank you"

등수가 하위권인 연습생들로만 이루어지고 설상가상 5명 전부 이 해당 곡에 대해 제대로 알고 있는 사람이 없어서
첫 연습 때부터 한 동안 연습에 난항을 겪으면서 겨우겨우 연습이 잘 되가는데 한참 불러보니
자신들 목소리에 딱 어울리고 가사 내용에도 이 팀 전체에게 꼭 들려줄 만한 말들이 많아서
자신들이 연습해서 녹음 된 걸 듣고 자신들부터 듣고 눈물 흘리고 본 무대에서 부르니깐 다른 많은 연습생들도 눈물 흘리고
참... 프로듀스 시리즈 통틀어 가장 감성젖기 좋은 곡인거 같음! 이런 감성의 보컬 포지션의 곡은 48에서 보아의 '메리크리'가 계승!!
그리고 강시라랑 비슷한 캐릭터로 48에서 박해윤이 있음 ㅎㅎ

Best teamwork and performance from the vocal gang in my opinion. They all worked together so well I was so pleased for them and thankful that they showed such a beautiful, emotional song.They didn't even know this song! And they conveyed the message so well

And everyone is still sleeping on Seong Hyemin who killed her lines. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh she's among the prettiest trainees, she's hard working, humble, lovely, fun and so talented
+HONGIK STATION basically everyone is sleeping on this team (except Insun)... Sira also did adlibs and second vocalist in her itsp.. Park Sehee did very well in this performance and Kim Yeonkyoung emotional singing is one of the best in this show..

HONGIK STATION yeah.. but honestly i hope they can debut in group with teamwork like this.. i seriously can feel their teamwork and sincerity from their singing..
actually Seong Hyemin ranked better than Kang Sira or Hwang Insun.. she's 23rd (CMIIW) while Kang Sira is 29th and Hwang Auntie ranked 31st. And she actually secured some screen time from ep 1 albeit not that much.. perhaps being pretty does help.
if there's someone who actually did well for an individual trainee, it's her and Kim Seokyung who pulled of her rank after performing bang bang with the avengers team.

That Kim Yeonkyung, the short-hair one tho!! Her low notes are so touched (since the 'Fire' previous round), and her inner feelings so precious. She's underrated tbh! If you feel the same you may vote her a bit, at least to make she survive into 35 girls.

나만 그런 건가 프듀 전시즌 다 봤는데 이 무대가 정말 인지도 낮은 연습생들만 있는 무댄데... 노래도 유명하지 않은 노랜데 첫소절부터 눈물남ㅠ 지금 또 우는 중 미쵸ㅠ

I'm a bit disappointed that this cover did not win. It was undoubtedly the best one with great vocal distribution between each participant. This is my favorite performance throughout the Produce 101 series. It held so much meaning to the competition as you lose friends while reaching your dreams (or in a sense, your friends don't make it to the next cut in their case).
I secretly wish for these girls to debut altogether. Their voices and talent complement well with one another. I only wished that IOI had more vocally talented members. (Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of IOI.) I'm awaiting for their debuts and hope that their voices gain more recognition.

Even among the top 61, there are still hidden talents. I feel like if this show wasn't about popularity, the girl group that could result from this would be epic vocally.
If the meaning of P101 were about creating a powerful vocal group then all power vocal would be in the group. But they wanted to create a girl band which have a diversity not only in vocal but also in rap, dance, and even acting. And at the end of the day, to make the group be recognizable they might be debuting popular girls rather than the under dog. It is the survival show anyways, every one deserve to win.

Also I gotta say I love Hyemin the more I see her. She is probably the most "team player" trainee in the entire survival competition. She doesn't care what part she gets, as long as the group is happy and that she is able to help the group by doing well in her part, she is happy.

Its show us how the lowest rank always make a good teamwork and give more meaning to the song like this vocal team and the rap team, they know that maybe this is their last stage so they want to give it the best as a team and not to be selfish and think of their own self, they didn't compete, they just struggle together, bound together, support each other..
This show teach us how scary high position is, it can make us insecure and that will make us being selfish, just think about our self, how we will shine, not about others..

i still comeback to this video after all these years because i could say that this is easily (one of, if not number one) best vocal performance out of all the produce series. all of their vocals alone and the feelings and sincerity they all put into singing this song, not to mention remembering the process of them supporting each other into making this beautiful stage. aah, im sure everyone would agree with me.

Kim Yeon Kyoung, the short hair Midas girl has a great soulful deep voice. It is shame of mnet that gave many stories for Kim So Hye or Ariyoshi Lisa who have no talent but gave no moment for Kim Yeon Kyoung, a great singer.

i remember when i first watched this n was so overwhelmed. initially...i just watched performances...and some clips n i liked Hwang Insun n Sung Hyemin(i find it cool that they're some of the oldest contestants n still could held their own amongst the younger girls ha) but after watching the show n their journey...from this team...i began rooting the most for Kim Yeonkyung n Park Sehee. i love their voices n how much of underdogs they're. Insun n Hyemin at least have some popularity n Kang Sira got her moment to shine here n gain lots of love n recognition. this team actually had many main vocalist material like Insun, Yeonkyung, Sira....but instead of fighting n being nasty bout it like in some other group...they gave up personal greed n support each other beautifully. for those who haven't watch the show...go watch this episode at least for their practice part after being scolded by the trainers. it was touching n beautiful, to say the least. underdog stories are always the warmest and this remain my fav out of the vocal teams. hoping for Yeonkyung to get her chance to debut soon.

There were only a handful of performances that brought tears to either the coaches or the competitors. Kang Sira's was one of those. I hope she debuts soon, so we get to experience real talent.
If there were lyrics people would understand how touching and emotional the song is. This was my favorite performance only after I had been able to watch the episode with English subs.
And major props to Hyemin for managing to sing after Kang Sira's high note. I would've been bawling my eyes out if that was me.

Ah yes... Kang Sira, she was so underrated when she was on group evaluation (she was on Chungha's team in Push Push), and even ranked 61 on episode 6 (was it ep. 6 or 7?), but her high note here noticed everyone and deserved 1st in their performance and 2nd in overall in the vocal position (she even beat Yeonjung which is so cool), I wonder what she's doing now after finishing 22nd in the final episode.
this song really brought me to tears after watching what they've gone through to perform this song.. and the lyrics of the song really fits them.. I think this is the best performance out of the vocal team.. followed by YangHwa bridge then Me Gustas Tu..

I really love this team, how they sincerely sang the song without worrying the competition, they did adjustments to make the group better. This team actually consists of low ranks yet the first time I watched this, their ranks aren't coming into my mind. Their talent together with their teamwork is wonderful itself. 화이팅!
