I think i know why this happens. I was creating a game, but sadly when a player dies this happens to them. I have identified my game's glitch to be a local glitch, where effects of one thing happen only to a single local device, or only don't happen to one device. For example, when a laser gun is shot, the laser would only work, be seen and have effects on the person who shot it.

Oh I found this like a month ago and I felt lonely and forgotten it's literally true spectator because in most games spectators cant talk or interact with people like in "the spinner" or social expirement or whatever it was called because once you die no alive players can see ur chats or see you and only other ghost can interact with you

Ok I found out that when they said Bob doesn’t work they meant that the person is still using acrobat and bob wouldn’t work on them.I thought that they equipped another glove while in this glitch and that Bob wasn’t working

Well you can’t really hit anyone so it isn’t illegal
Why this happen. The user by the server side touched the Void, meanwhile on client side, you are able to play yet. But you cannot: Slap pepole, be visible for everyone. All thanks for the Filtering enabled (FE for most exploiters and dumbcrap know as). You can: Playing as "Spectator". Nothing to do much with this big glitch.
