This is a build that I'll split push against. Countess seeks to fight more often than other midlaners. I get complaints from the team for not rotating, but every fight nets a tower and we win in the end.
Combustion seems like a fine item if you need the clear as a mid. Otherwise I think mega is a straight upgrade. Everything you hit gets the proc, and you can reset it multiple times in a combo. If I remember right, it also extends primal burn
What would your full build be even crest as well. I like your videos also bro enjoying the content. And also is this build used for any enemy team comp or what situation would you use it for?
I think they need to remove the circle showing up on enemy screens when using sentry. Pinzo probably and should have died to that ramp if the sentry didn't completely give you away through everything.

I always go Combustion, Tainted Scepter, Wraith Leggings and Caustica as first 4 items for Countess mid. Never seems to disappoint
