Hazrat Umar R. A himself told the people that taraweeh is a bidah(innovation) and preferred tahajjud instead. But some people used to prayer taraweeh in multiple groups and with different imams. Hazrat Umar united them behind a common Imam, and said to complete the entire Quraan in taraweeh which is best way to taught Quraan.
I am just explained the entire story, I think Both Shia and sunni must removed such misunderstanding between them and must be united as one Ummah.

So instead of correcting people that recommended prayers cannot be prayed in congregation, he officiated the act.

I agree with his excellency Sheik Sayed Baqer on much of what he presented in this talk. However, he opted to neglect to mention that the calendar used in Arabia up to the death of Prophet Muhammad was lunisolar, i.e., similar to the Chinese Calendar he mentioned in his talk.
Two Sheia great sheikhs mention this fact, Sheikh Farqad Al-Qazwini, and Sheikh Murtada Faraj.
الشيخ فرقد القزويني، والشيخ مرتضى فرج.
In my humble opinion, Al-Qzawini erred greatly in the series of lectures he posted on RUclips. In contrast, Faraj was very logical, but his set of forty lectures about this topic suffered from a fatal mistake, or handicap, related to the fact that Ashura day coincided with the arrival of the Prophet in his Hijra to Madina. As a secular person, my approach to this topic is historical-astronomical, i.e., it is areligious. The results of my research on this topic are as follows:
1- The history of Islam witnessed the use of two distinct calendars: the Arabian Calendar used by the Arabs up to the death of the Prophet at the start of year 11 Hijri. This calendar was lunisolar, which means it fixed the names of the lunar months with respect to the solar year. In particular, the Prophet fasted Ramadan in the lunar month starting in May and ending in June, and Hijjat al-Wada’a occurred on September 4, 632 AD, not at the start of March of 632.
2- In Hijjat al-Wada’a, the Quranic revelation in verses 26 and 27 of Al-Tawba prohibited al-Nasi, i.e., the addition of the intercalary month the Arabs used to add to some of their years in order to fix the Hajj occasion and force it to always happen between the end of August and the start of September.
3- The prohibition of Nasi was enshrined in order to erase the polytheistic beliefs of the Arabs and enforce the Islamic belief in the unity of God. This point is important because the common cause in Tafsir books is it was prohibited because the Nasi (the person who added the 13th month) was corrupt and added the month or delayed its addition according to his wishes.
4- The Muslims remained with a calendar to manage their affairs until Omar enshrined the current Hijri Calendar. In this regard, I agree with the presentation of the esteemed Sheikh Baqer.
The general result of my research is that Prophet Muhmmad and the companions followed years which started in September. Some of these years contained 13th months to fix the Arabian months within the solar year. There are two examples which I use to illustrate this result:
First: The narrative of the famous Hadith of Ghadir indicates it occurred in extreme heat (18 Dhu’l-Hijja of year 10). This Hadith is considered “motawater” by both Sheia Islam and Sunni Islam (a Sunni version of this Hadith mentions that it occurred in a day hotter than any the Arabs witnessed at any time). But according to the dating of the Hijri calendar, it occurred on the 19th of March when the weather is still tolerable.
Second: Sahih Hadith in Sunni books (Al-Bukhari and Muslim- the Hadiths of Ashora’a) indicate that the Prophet arrived in Madina when the Jews were celebrating their Day of Atonement. Despite this, the Sunni do not accept this correspondence, and the Shiea vehemently deny it because al-Hussain was also murdered on this day. The solution to this discrepancy is very simple: the 8th of Rabi Awal by the Hijri Calendar reconning corresponds exactly to the Jewish Day of Atonement, and the 10th of Ashora’a of the Arabian Calendar corresponded to this same day.
Unfortunately, this topic is marred by so many contradictions and arguments. I, however, humbly think that I have uncovered some solid “facts,” which can be verified by anyone interested in using some simple principles of modern astronomy.
To explain this topic with the needed detailed explanation, I have published a book in English titled “Towards an Islamic Lunisolar Calendar.” This book is available from Amazon in Kindle format, and from Google books in “web” format.
For Arabic speakers, I have two lectures explaining my research. The most recent one is titled:
العلامات الفلكية للتقويم العربي قبل الإسلام
    It is posted on RUclips

Salaam, no he means in the very first year like if you are in march and you want december to be in the same year it has to be After march otherwise it would be in the second year it hope you understood what I Mean 😅

    • @humaninside
      @humaninside Год назад +1

@@Mister_Hassan No, if you start your year system with March, then it'll end with February in Year 1, so every month including december will be in year 1, because the counting is circular.
Now, of course, if we look back and start the Hijri calendar with say Rajab, then we'll have to describe all the events that happened in Rabi-al-awwal, Rabi-ath-Thani, Jumādā al-ʾŪlā, Jumādā ath-Thāniyah as something happened before A.H.-01. That's a bit odd and that's understandable. But, the same problem persists with the current counting as well! Since Hijrah happened in Rabi-al-awwal, so technically Muharram-01, Safar-01 is not A. H.-01 (i.e. not After Hijrah 01), still we have to describe events in those two months as A.H.-01 year.
Having said that, in subsequent years, that issue is no longer there, no matter which month you start counting from.

Depends on the moon sighting. In some countries moon was sighted hence 1st Muharram. In others it is 30 dhul hijjah.
