Saw you guys that day. I did not approach you since Justin is busy checking the food 😜 Enjoy your stay in the Philippines and looking forward for more adventure. Wonderful couple!
If you want honest opinion. You are bad at food choices. I dont know if you are a picky eater or just bad decisions. 😅 I havent seen you eat like the all time Adobo, Crispy pata, LUMPIA for petes sake. Bulalo, caldereta. Or did I just miss an episode?
Coffee shops usually dont have wifi to prevent Filipinos who only order 1 drink and stay there the entire day. But small coffee shops esp in the provinces have wifi.
Memories of Starbucks with their free wi-fi back when they just started in the Philippines. Do they still have free wi-fi? Haven't been to a Starbucks in a while.
new subscriber here...although i am watching your vlogs from the time you visit the Philippines...excited for more of your vlogs here in the Philippines...Hope you to continue enjoy your stay here🥰🥰🥰
Hopefully you will stay here in the Philippines for more than 1 year. Use the country as your home based for vlogging as you tour other neighboring Asian countries. Road to 10K subs!!
You can print your Project Where stickers so when people ask you about the name of your vlog, you can give it to them(saw some vloggers do that because Filipinos love stickers 😁) you two always take care! Enjoy your stay in the Philippines
Oh lucky you they have a lot of foods to choose from now. When my friend celebrated her birthday in that Vikings branch, The Alley, they only have few options last year because we haven't really recover yet from the pandemic for the first few months last year. But the Vikings at Megamall is the best because they have the widest food selections and they serve big crabs. You can try going to Okada Manila, a hotel, casino, shopping mall and restaurants in one place.
I observed when you do the rounds it seem their foods here in this Viking Resto is not much served like other Vikings…go to MOA mall n Ayala mall near each other at the Bay seems more better…they don’t have lechon
I personally don't like the concept of Alley by Vikings. It felt so crowded since there are too many walls. I like NIU Vikings at SM Aura in BGC. It's more organized, classy and they don't run out of food because, the chef is always checking the stations.
You could go up north to the Ilocos region (Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur) - their dishes there are heavy on vegetables - Pinakbet, Dinengdeng, etc. They eat lots of different kinds of seaweed too. And they also have veggies that are not easily available at the markets in Metro Manila or elsewhere in the Philippines.
@@project_where The Spiral Buffet at the Sofitel is a must, It's considered one of the best Buffet's in the world. Whenever I am in Manila I always head to the Spiral Buffet.
Try Spiral Buffet at Sofitel Hotel and its the best buffet in the Philippines. They have genuine Peking Duck, Angus beef, Belgian chocolate etc Its a little pricey but its worth the price.
Hey guy! I happened upon your channel again, but I won’t subscribe for multiple reasons. Too many to list, but I want you to be successful, because I have a big heart. Please be aware on how you video a buffet. Go slow and don’t be so jittery. I guess that’s a suggestion for any videos you make. Good luck in the Philippines!
New subcriber here🤗🤗🤗 there's a looooot of interesting place you can visit here in the Philippines like Bohol Cebu u can visit the Tarsiers, Chocolate Hills, Batanes, Hundred Islands, Siargao there's too many to mention hahaha😉🤗
I hope you consider staying here for good and make Manila as your home base and travel to different country and comeback again here,I hope you do just like other foreign vloggers who make Manila as their new base home
If you want it to be more luxurious, you can go to the Spiral Buffet at the Sofitel Manila. Think of some kind of Michelin Star Buffet :) Its a bit north of the SM Mall of Asia If you go for Lunch, on weekdays, it would be about 3100 PHP per person, so yeah.. but then again its still a fraction of the price of what it would cost in the USA
Philippines is surrounded by bodies of water and has a robust fishing and tuna industry. You can expect fresh seafood including tuna. Always. Just FYI.
The Alley, unfortunately, is a poor buffet choice. Yes, the concept is really nice but the service is just really bad. Refill of food is very slow, almost always the trays are empty and it's been the main complaint for years. Heck, I forwarded my same complaint a few years ago and they responded by giving me a discount if and when I come back (I didn't) but stilk the same problem persists. They should've adjusted. It's just not worth the money. Taste of the food was so so as well.
Sorry to hear that, but yes agree the refill was quite slow. There was a lot of food leftover at the last hr of the buffet tho because everyone is full 😅
I think this is so in the Japanese section, which people line up, and empty pretty fast. But the couple of times i've been there, the Korean & Chinese food alone is satisfying in itself, and did a few rounds sa steak & seafood. I like it there, not to mention the layout of the stalls, hence it is called The Alley. In others branches, there are even palm trees in the middle, giving it al fresco vibe even if you're indoors.

$20 buffet seems cheap for foreigners; but it's very expensive for an ordinary Filipinos

Vikings is PhP1,000 pesos or $20 dollars. But unlimited eating!
Vikings is better than the alley's it's more sophisticated. And food is lavish in vikings compared to the alleys
I'm a new subscriber. I like your content but saying ok yah, all the time is pretty annoying. ✌️🖕🖕
Alina so Cute and Jolly specially the thumbnail of this😁😁enjoy the expensive lunchn in vikings. Love this 2 true lovebirds🐦🐦
I guess Filipinos usually use mobile data when there's no wifi available that's why.
Do you miss Russia. Or you president? Plans on going back to Russia?
not a good buffet place just more walking less food. you have to wait for food to refill and then more walking to your table

There's a luxury buffet in Manila, the SPIRAL BUFFET a bit pricey but you gonna love the food they serve.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Veggies are a huge part of the filipino diet. Salads are in a different form here as well. Ensalada is how we call it.
Paella is a Spanish food.
Spiral Buffet @Sofitel in Metro Manila is rank the best in the 🌎.
Hope to try it!

@@project_where That maybe their strategy in their favor - slow refill - so people won't get to eat as much as they could.
