I see a lot of hype for these fragrances, I think it may be un warranted. They are solid, but I don't think they make the originals redundant at all! What are your thoughts or experiences with the new Club De Nuit releases?

CDN Urban Man Elixir is an absolute bang for your buck!! It is a bit smoother than Dior Sauvage and similar to Prada Luna Rossa Carbon. I can still smell it on my skin after 10 hours and I do also get a lot of compliments wearing it. 👍
I realised ARMAF fragrances needs maceration for few weeks...I have two varieties, let it sit 3 weeks, the sharp and harsh opening will go away and becomes very much the OG they are trying to clone. At the same, it becomes more powerful!
In 2 years using ARMAF products. I can vouch for this one. It was really disappointing at first but just let it sit for a couple of weeks and the true potential reveals!
It happened on my Iconic also, the exact same thing on my first Armaf perfume which is the Intense Man
@@grimjogaming878 Is this really true?? I have 3 bottles of CDNIM EDT and one bottle of CDNIM Iconic. The Iconic is pretty good. Last a long time.
The CDNIM EDT is another story. Two out of the 3 are decent performers. Maybe lasting 5-6 hours tops on my skin. I heard CDNIM EDT last up to 12 hours and is a beast fragrance. They all have a great scent. I have decided to let both fragrances sit and macerate for a month and see what happens. I don't know if its all hype or not. We will see if both fragrances improve. 🤞

This macerating thing!! Please explain the process. I keep hearing different ways that works but I have not noticed any change toward several of the fragrances: CDNIM EDT or Supremacy Silver or Swiss Arabian intense. Some say that it takes months to notice any change. Some say to macerate for a month or two but you can still use it during the macerating process. Some say to leave the cap on and some say to leave the cap off. Some say to shake the bottle and then let it macerate (which I don't feel comfortable doing). Which process is true? What process did you use?
Did you notice a tremendous difference after macerating your fragrances?

Strange story but I'll share anyway. When I used to smoke weed in the garage I would spray armaf hunter intense after to mask the smell. That stuff was potent!

Try layering Urban Man Elixir with Lalique Encre Noire. It removes the synthetic fruity sweetness and makes it woodier, and brings it much closer to sauvage edt/edp
I have carbon, sauvage, and urban man elixir and to be honest I like urban man the most and wear it the most of the 3.

If own both sauvage and cdnume. CDN is basically sauvage but replacing the lavender for citrus. Also, to me Sauvage smells more synthetic on the opening but much more natural on the drydown.

I am also disappointed at first with my Iconic when I just got it but after I left it on the shelf for 2 weeks, it surprises me how good it is! Without knowing that it is a dupe, it is good itself and got compliments with it. I think armaf fragrances needs some rest after shipping and spray some before storing it. It happens to me when I got my Armaf Club de Nuit Intense a year ago, I almost sold it. I left it in the shelf for several weeks and after that, I was blown away by how good it was.

I heard that is true toward CDNIM EDT and Iconic. They get better with time. I have CDNIM Iconic and CDNIM EDT and I am letting it sit and macerate for a month and see what happens. Hoping for a beast mode fragrance.🤞

I have a bottle of CDNIM Iconic and it is fire 🔥. A great scent IMO. Last a long time on my skin and days on clothes. CDNIM Iconic will definitely be in heavy rotation after it macerates for a month. 👍👌🔥
I heard CDNIM Urban Elixir smells like a combination of Sauvage and Creed Aventus "pineapple?. Would it be safe to say that layering either Rave Now or Qaud Al Fursan on top of Sauvage would give a similar smell to CDNIM Urban Elixir?? 🤔

Bleu De Chanel has many clones, I remember wearing one I got from Target back in 2014. I honestly got many compliments wearing it but I don't remember what it was called. My opinion Armaf came out with Iconic as their last ditch effort to recreate BDC. Armaf already tried with Tag Him and Shades Blue.. .Ps the cap on Iconic should've been blue too

I have Urban Man Elixir and i really loving it. I have others that smells like Sausage,but this and LR Carbon are the best for me. Performance is great and nice smooth blend👌🔥

You probably got a fake. My bottle last like at least 12 plus hours. I just purchased another bottle. Just in case it gets discontinued ex. I over sprayed and regretted it. Was to overpowering to powerful.
@@danielmontanez3152 no I checked everything it's a genuine one. So I left it to macerate for a month and half. The performance is good I guess I go nose blind to this smell after a while. The projection is faint, I even asked my colleagues about it and they were of the same opinion. I recently sprayed it on a shirt I wore and at the end of the day I hung the shirt back in the wardrobe. The next day when I opened the whole wardrobe it smelled of untold. Surprising.

I stand by Frank Oliver Pure Addiction Asa better BR 540 clone. It just seems to be a higher quality fragrance vs CDN untold.

Can you recommend Cool Water Parfum and Club De Nuit Urban Elixir Armaf as alternatives to Dior Sauvage? Which is the greatest and most durable?
Cool Water Parfum is weak, 3-4 hours max with soft projection. Urban Man Elixir is good, but not exactly the same as Sauvage.

you get a soft medium projection from your bottle of Untold?! I sprayed it twice in my room with the door open and my partner could smell it in his room down the hallway.
maybe you ended up with a weak batch. I use a very small spray of it and it fills any room I walk into.
I thought I was going crazy but the majority have given the fragrance ‘moderate’ protection on their fragrantica ratings too
I've also experienced its nuclear projection. I think he's been influenced by fragrantica ratings.
I have Untold. I perfume it once in my room and can smell it in the blanket and pillow for days
CDN Untold, for me was very sweet and VERY Strong. One spray honestly lasted over 24 hours on me.
lol I'm wearing right now at work. I still smell it on me 7 hours later. It's 2pm here now and I sprayed it on me at 7am.

They’re cloning different fragrances, the EDP of the original CDNIM is the one worth getting over the original, I would choose urban from the two options you’ve given above

Urban man smells better imo and has great performance but a lot of people are wearing that DNA. Dylan blue has great projection and longevity as well and maybe not as many people wearing it. Urban man is a little smoother. Can't go wrong flip a coin.
I have Dylan blue and although it smells nice the longevity and silage is really lame. Even with 10 sprays I get maybe 4 hours. I have cdnim edp and that actually projects and lasts like 6 to 8 hours so I'm going to go with the club de nuit
club de nuit instense man edp is the best, just get it it smells divine

I like Urban Elixir A LOT MORE than any variants of CDNIM.
You have to review them after the bottles have macerated. Really changes after a weel especially on the urban man Elixir.

Yeah, Dua is great if you live in the US. Sadly they don’t have any warehouses in the EU, so I can’t get any of them without paying twice as much for import fees.

Did you really spray the first few sprays onto your skin?? You should clear the atomizer first with 5 to 10 sprays into the air and then spray onto skin, or a test strip, or whatever. You don't want to "test" the product that's been sitting in that atomizer since who knows when. 😳

I bought the gold one and the intense one, absolutely hated it.
I received it, smelled it and threw it away the same day. It smelled so synthetic.

It changes everytime I spray it. Sometimes it smells sauvage, today all I could smell was the BR540

I received untold made on February 2023 and is pure alcohol, what a disappointment, any of you have run with the same experience

Very nice vid! I wear different perfumes, I have Sauvage EDT in my wardrobe as well. This is not the most complex perfume or particularly rich. Everyone knows the trend nowadays and this is not that difficult to understand what this perfume is. This is kind of a modern perfumes' family or the whole trend line, that was duped thousands of times and owns a huge number of different price-quality ranged fragrances. I understand the love and hate for Sauvage line.
First of all, I think we should give some respect to the perfumer, because construction of this is brilliant. Clean white musks' manipulation together with Habanolide as far as I know, which is a very expensive clean white musk to work with, it gives very clean and metallic qualities. Ambroxan-Iso E Super monster also built upon clean white musk accord, Hedione, Linalool compound, some hint of fruit acetates and pepper raw materials to enhance the vibrate quality of this.
This is not my particular favorite, but this is the a vibrating wall of clean and sweet fragrance that has no limits in case of outfits, seasons and occasions to wear. This is everything what you need from versatile perfumery. It smells luxurious, slightly metallic and fresh as well. So, I pretty understand, that it is still not that easy to be beaten by Armaf dupes, the quality and mathematical precision in building a perfume is there.
