Yuty are such a pain to tame, but i always tame 2 so i can breed them and have their eggs. And i always end up dying during the taming process. You were awesome.
Another power of the otter is that they are the only ceeature that can hold more than 1 artifact so if you take them to caves you can go once and have 3 instead of going into the cave 3 times
Hey rampy, first time commenting but for future yuty tames, I recommend taming a low level rhyniognatha! Not only are they immune to the yuty fear roar, but they can just straight up pick them and you can drop them in a trap. They are a bit of a pain to tame but are absolutely worth it because of their utility, even at level 1. They can pick pretty much anything short of a bronto.
34 HP, 42 St, 38 W, and 39 M (if you care about melee ig). Low HP, but high Stam. Still, you'll probably want to find a higher HP Yuty eventually. Solid find regardless.
That 145 Yutyrannus is a decent find, i ran its stats on Dododex (wild). -Health: Average (22pts) -Stamina: High (29pts) -Oxygen: Average (26pts) -Food: Average (18pts) -Weight: Average (24pts) -Melee: Average (25pts)
If your doing it for boss fights, need multiple tames with one stat weighted higher in the 30s is my minimum for wild. For Yuti should focus on health and stam

I have been through a lot recently, and u don't know how much I needed to just distract myself, and I loving this series, just one thing that upset me is the fact that u still haven't domesticated a Dodo and named it Jeff. Other than that keep up with the great content ❤.
I was trying to tame a low lvl yuty for a kibble farm and both times i found one my tame got stuck between the yuty and an alpha carno plus the regular carnos smh ended up having to kill the yutys smh

Hey man, you need to invest in taming an otter, so you can stock up on artifacts easier. Maybe even a breeding pair!

I have to use a basic crossbow anything does more damage and hurts your level percentages.

For taming a yuti u can use a harpoon with a net. that works great. after he is in the net u can build a gate-cage around him with ease :D
Nets aren’t in the game! They won’t be added until Gen 2
