on street races old F1 is faster than old cart but carts have also cars for ovals F1 never build them but they would be faster if you made the adjustments mainly because F1 is allowed to be lighter. I loved CART though it was awesome time I would love to drive old CART any day . it looks awesome way better than new F1 or indycows of today
