When you were talking about gross sales compared to net sales I thought about other things that go into selling such as gas, electricity etc… have you done a video about things you can deduct for people that do taxes for posh/eBay? That would be a great video during tax season!
Hi Becky. I used to be the director of a Head Start preschool program in Philadelphia. Most of our locations (3 out of 4) required the kids to wear red shirts and navy blue pants. The other location required them to wear yellow shirts and khaki pants. This was done mainly to help the teachers identify students when they were off school grounds. We had an upcycling program where clothes that no longer fit the students were donated back to us and we gave them to the new students in need.

Congrats on a better week!! I agree that listing things for the season people are shopping for is a great way to boost sales! Especially when you hit it early on when others may not be listing them yet.
Thanks for sharing and congrats on sales! I agree on career clothing items! Skirts always seem to sell so well too! Everytime I list a skirt, (whether my own taste or not...😉) it seems to sell! All styles too... long, short, flare, fitted, layered, etc. Love watching! Have a great week!
I’ve definitely had the better luck on Mercari for my sales. I resell here and there but nothing big. Recently this past week a local consignment shop had a one dollar item sale on thousands of items. I found some free people sandals and immediately flipped them on Mercari for 20 bucks. Great deal for them and for me. Lol. When cost of goods is so low I’m fine with giving people a better than normal deal. 😬
I just did the massive OTL a few weekends ago too. I had 23 sales that weekend on Poshmark which was amazing. A lot were from the offers, but I had several full price sales mixed in, so that was awesome. Do you ever worry selling things cheaper than your typical price range can price down your closet? I sometimes worry that people shopping my closet on Poshmark will look at my solds and see the cheaper ones and think I’m good with those prices all the time.
My daughter and I love playing games on the Switch, especially Animal Crossing! She plays it much more than I do, though. Lol She also plays Miitopia (I don't quite understand it), Little Nightmares, Mario Kart, and a few others. I actually really like playing Stardew Valley on PC. I haven't tried it on Switch yet. As for reselling, my sales have been very slow across all platforms but it's starting to pick back up on Posh, eBay, and Depop.
eBay got rid of the item not paid cases. Now you just have to wait and if they don’t pay eBay just asks if you want to cancel and relist. Kinda crap that the buyer has no mark on them for not paying IMO.
