If you could cut stickers while prepping kits it would help save time. And you seem busy enough you could do whole sheets of one design to help build stock until your outsourcing comes in. Also consider hiring a day helper to help prep kits. They can cut felt, measure and package yarn etc. They only work when you need them, like during holidays, at markets etc. Also if you’re using the same length of yarn in each kit, then could you possibly make up all the yarn bundles ahead, store in plastic totes or drawers and then when people order just pull that small bundle out to make the kit?

Sometimes our wishes to do well can become a bane if we have no structural support or we forget what we designed our vision for. Maje time to rest before rest makes you rest because burn out is horrible currently dealing withit myself. Maybe you can get a friend to help you pack orders and in exchange you can give that person a credit to buy items from your store. And here's another idea. Maybe you can divide packing orders by days. And also Maybe rearranging your office might help you. Like a good amount of table space with a long table for packing and putting all your items on shelves, if they're made. That way you go to pick the items like a store then take them to your packing station. And the small orders in little dollar tree baskets? Also if theres a product thats consuming alot of your time put it out of stock for a while. Like no customs abd sell what you have by doing a sale on those items? Just trying to see through your eyes and give you a bit of light. So happy for you and your business. Blessings for you always. ❤

AI works by using lots of images and artworks as references to create an original piece but it seems like sometimes the “original piece” is too close to comfort to an artists work. That’s the piece I didn’t realize. I won’t continue to promote the use of ai work in this way
