I did not physically check the model that you mentioned, however, checked the reviews to reply to you, on seeing I did not see much difference in cooling level, body build, or nice levels, however, I can see that the lowers cannot be completely lowered for other models but it's possible for volts Epicool 90t the model I posted the video for. Also, I have a remote which works fluidly without an issue. In a nutshell, the summary would be, everything is similar but Epicool 90t feels a bit luxurious.
