You did a great job on all of your tops. They’re all beautiful. I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and understand what you mean about the heat. It’s awful 😞. I made a large shawl out of Juniper Moon cotton linen blend yarn. It’s a brown marled. It was actually prettier than I thought it would be. I’m not a brown kind of girl. So I was pleasantly surprised. I don’t have an LYS here. So it’s big box stores or order. The only thing about ordering yarn is not being able to touch it. Bless your fur babies heart. I’m so glad to hear that he’s doing so well. They’re so resilient. Thank you for sharing a bit of your trip with us.

Yes thank you!! That heat is definitely something you have to get used to. I used to just buy from hand dyers when I got started. I only started going to yarn stores more so on my travels and yarn festivals here in Cali. I hadn’t really gone to any here till this year. I only fell into Juniper moon cause I touched it in AZ. So I agree it’s different when you touch it! Stay cool out there 🥰
