It's true. The entirety of my digestive tract suffers from chronic inflammation. As soon as I slow down, I enter a negative mindset and the pain begins to take over. I get my ass to the gym and by the time I'm finished my warm up the pain is GONE. It works. I've listened to the doctors and it's always gotten worse. ACTION is the cure.
Dang this was an awesome interview had me listening while doing some benches. One of the best quotes from 300 King Leonidas: The world will know that free men stood against a tyrant, that few stood against many, and before this battle was over, even a god-king can bleed. Let’s go spartans.
One of your best interviews. I totally relate to the discipline statement. I keep busy with a long to do list that never ends. I don't always have motivation to work on that list...BUT...I have Vanilla Ice in my head. "Nothin' to it but to do it". Works every time!
Love this interview. So inspired by you both. Thank you for putting out such valuable content. It’s because of interviews like this that I stay focused and driven to focus on my goals…. And maybe 1 day I can meet you too.
