I don't think either team is under much pressure. Edmonton is gonna ride high on the big win, but Florida is gonna look and feel really comfortable after those Stanley Cup jitters and being back at home. I'm a Panthers fan, since I was 7 years old, so that's who I am rooting for. Hopefully it's a great game with a ton of hits and scuffles to go around. I do believe Florida is gonna win tomorrow night, but who knows; this is hockey baby!
Hell of a game ! Edmonton dominated the first 25 minutes . Props to Florida for coming back and clawing to within 1 . They needed to get some sort of momentum going - especially heading back to Edmonton . My prediction is this absolutely goes 7 , with Edmonton doing the impossible and coming back from a 0-3 deficit . Bobrovsky doesn’t look himself , possibly a nagging injury ?
Even if you win game 5, it's still a long way to go. There are a lot of teams who barely missed out on pulling a reverse sweep off, but only a select few who actually succeeded
I doubt the Panthers will be looking at it like that if they lose tomorrow. And it's because the reverse sweep odds no longer matter. Now it's just a comeback from 3-1. If the Oilers win tomorrow (and don't be too surprised if that happens), it's just a comeback from 3-2. And if it happens because the Oilers continue to carry the bulk of the play, they would be very worried. Then again, tomorrow is more likely than not to be the end of the road.
@@petewilcox3354 I mean, the final outcomes of all of this are subject to goaltending, luck, and other human factors. Then we get to watch the games and watch it all get thrown out the window. That's the fun part.
The Oilers have played one of their best games of these playoffs, which will lead to the Oilers playing like a team possessed, when the Oilers are playing their best hockey no team in the league can compete with them🫡 Oilers 5-2
Playing a team that is in a must win game are the toughest teams to play and win I say carry over and oilers make game 6 in Edmonton these announcers some of things they say I doubt it matters Florida back at home they just got a beating missed a opportunity to finish the oilers and win cup oilers I've same team maybe even more fired up and I really think this is going back to Edmonton for game 6 and it's the must win facter that is the biggest thing to help a team win
The pressure is all ons florida. Nobody expects the oilers to win. But every game florida loses must put an extra layer of panoc and emotion to tbe game.
So by your theory it would have been better to have the Oilers go up 3-0 instead correct? That way the pressure is on the Oilers. God you Oilers fans are by far the worse fan base in Hockey. I thought the Rangers and the Bruins were bad, not even close

Most teams fold in game 5 in a final that being said if they drop game 5 then buckle up for game 7.

Actually, the pressure is on the Oilers: One loss, and it's over. Florida has 3 more tries.
I agree though that the cats are nervous now...
If any team can comeback its the Oilers, I hope they can do it
