There are at least 2 cuts (when Natty walks through the lobby of the theater but then is on top of the building about 2 seconds later and the falling t-shirts), but they were definitely trying to make it look like a 1-take video. I do think large portions of it were 1 take because you see Julie running off for her solo part on the stairs and the way Belle slides into the dancers at the end before they head into the fountain after having been off camera.
