- In part 3 of the cheap Ducati project Dave tackles the rear suspension. Will he find anything shockingly bad, or just old and smelly? Only one way to find out!
Includes a basic lesson on how a shock absorber works. This might be Dave's best cure for insomnia yet

I've always wondered how rear suspension worked lol
I remember you set my fireblade suspension up and it was like a totally different bike.
You certainly know your stuff
Im glad I stumbled onto your project mate. I have enjoyed watching these videos.
Really enjoying this Ducati series. Great work mate.
Rhubarb Crumble without custard, yup, violation of natural laws.

For future rhubarb crumble and custard dilemmas try rhubarb crumble an cream. Enjoying your content. Thanks 👍
Ah, but it's hard to get cream to match the colour of the Duc you see.....
Mufga on Front End Chatter podcast does your voice/ personality to a T! Amazing how they match together so well.
Very clear and well paced, cheers.
Shock rebuild, awesome.
I've seen videos of ohlins technicians explaining how suspension works and it wasn't half as clear as this!
Great Video Dave. Do you use the tecnogrease just on bearings or is it good for all round usage?
I use it mostly on bearings but it is fine for most purposes.
@@obsession_engineering Cheers Dave. Seen your latest vid, the fork outers polished up lovely! 👍
Any idea where to get a shock rebuild for an Ohlins on a 2001 996S
😜👍
