What would fix Tier 8?
Nerf the Tier 7s so Tier 8s feel like more of an upgrade
or
buff the Tier 8s so they can better challenge Legendary ships
Buff t8 obviously
Idk what it is but there's been an epidemic of destroyers afk for first 3 min of games lately
Half the tier 8 ships are kinda dogshit so buff obviously
Tier 8 was cooked the minute they added legendary tier first.
I'd say buff T8. The main issue with T8's is that they're either just weaker versions of ships people already own at LT or they're just reskinned T7's with more HP which means they just get farmed more by LT ships. Overall they just aren't unique enough to justify the ridiculous price they cost when LT ships are technically free as long as you keep logging on.

Yep! T-8 isn’t worth the grind/cash. You’ll earn less credits and play ships that aren’t really any better than T-7. I don’t think there was room for another tier between 7 and LT, but more T-7 ships would have been great.
I was in the same camp but I was never massively against it because at the end of the day, Tier 8 would bring a crap ton of extra free content
But yeah, still some tinkering needed from the devs
I think ships like Freddy are a clear upgrade from Bismarck and the Rupprecht from Zieten, but on the whole I agree. I'm interested in what the tier 8 RU heavy cruiser will look like.
Hms Temeraire is quite good tho, it's just a mix of kg5 and conkek

I don’t even know how they can make T8 better. I’m glad they added for sure but they need to find a way to make them worth using over T7 instead of simply increased HP.
More credits at the end would be a start otherwise there's no point playing this tier!

Hi Pg from the GK on the other team, it was a great effort but your team ultimately dragged you down. Had you had a better team you would have won easily. I was broadside for way to long, I was trying to reposition but then realised where the shima was so turned out sharply. Good game nonetheless, ended up with 186 k damage in the end.

My actual first encounter with a Kansas, I was in Iowa for damage purposes, and I saw shells and I thought, “Probably another Iowa.” No!! Half my health; GONE! Man I get Vietnam flashbacks when I see a Kansas bro. 😅

So i just finished grinding out the German BCs and was wondering which of these two BBs lines i should go for next should i go for the Italians BBs or the French BBs. I have one of the Italian BBs commanders (not Di Rivel the other guy), but I'm also about just over half way from Jaujard
That’s a tough call since these are my 2 favourite BB lines in the game
But considering you don’t have Di Revel I would go for the Frenchies instead. The low tiers can be a little rough but T5 and up is a blast

Yeah she’s a pretty bad ship. Built for kiting and a horrible rudder and turning circle. Also likes to eat citadels. I hardly bring it out

@@teutoncross3817 the inspirations are a bit on the whale side using al saint Louis and either madden or Einstein...her tree doesn't involve her special trait rather velocious, although do equip expose, burn it down and steer clear w/ fully packed legendary..must have @ or over 14/2

Near the end, that Musashi was just ASKING for a citadel cheek slap. Too bad you didn't capitalize on it.
Edit: To clarify, I'm talking about the Yamato and Musashi having that weak spot just between Turret 1 and turret 2 (just under Turret 1 when lookingbat it from the side) where the bow widens out to join with the widest part of the hull. Its citadel can be penned right there when heavily angled.

I love your vids even though I pretty much quit playing ever since they added tier 8. I don’t have the money to always have premium and without premium T7 is pretty much unplayable let alone tier 8.

Speed penalty on an already slow ship is very rough at VII-Legendary tiers, when most BBs go at 28 knots+ while you'd be doing around 20-22 knots.

Tier 8 is a waste, the only tier 8 ships I want to play is Allen M. Sumner and the Japanese torpedo boat. I forget the name, tier 8 to me is a waste and legendary tier is a crap fest.
T8 needs to make more credits otherwise there is literally no point playing it I don’t want to grind 2 fuckin centuries for 25mill creds just to play a marginally better version of my Richelieu, bismarck and Iowa tyvm
My biggest gripe is the price and income from VIII, if they were cheaper and made more silver, or just lost less silver at least, then I would be willing to play them, but because you basically get punished for playing them by the credit economy, there's no point in Playing them over Legendary tier ships, which still lose money but are guaranteed top tier and stronger than VIII

I think, and I know this sounds awful they might need to buff some legendary ships in more interesting ways, and then buff the t8s in interesting ways to make a significant difference between 7, 8 and legendary
Or just buff the tier VIII ship to make them competitive with Legendary tier while still balanced against VII. We don't need to introduce a power creep between VIII and Legendary ships, that'd ultimately ruin it for tier VII ships

Not picking up Minnesota. Looking at the stats difference between it and Kansas, it's genuinely not an upgrade, it's just a re-skinned Kansas that's in the wrong Tier.
