oh we had a similar problem with the heating in our house, turns out it was the remote vent that directed the ventilation up or down was broken so only our top floor would get heat and our downstairs would be freezing (we also moved in December). It was something that wasn't caught during inspection but you can try calling an AC expert to check it out, for us it was not covered by insurance. have fun in Mexico!
Bachan’s is pronounced Bah-chan. It means Grandma in Japanese. The correct way to pronounce would be Oh-bah-chan. I think it’s either a Hawaiian or Californian brand. Can’t remember but it’s on their website.
If Ryan is looking for a good barber in Austin he should try Fadebox in the triangle! My boyfriend has been going to Eric for years and he’s amazing. I believe he also cuts hair for most of the UT teams and even some famous people like Snoop Dogg. I believe there’s three other locations as well
