Nice set up. People will all was talk about what other boat owners do with their boats. I don't get it. It's what makes each boat setup custom for the users accessibility and style. Keep doing you my brother.👍🏿
Dude I'm picking up the same model boat here in a couple weeks. You've definitely motivated me to trick out my boat for sure. Great job on installing everything. You can tell you took your time. Looks amazing!
WOW !! You definitely have some high tech gear 😍 Great job. I see you have installed a circuit breaker and inline fuses and thought you may not know . But most boats come rigged with a "master switch". This will allow you to leave all your components plugged in and power is controlled by one switch . There are a few options you can go with. You may want to research and choose one to your liking. It just takes the hosile out of unplugging things which can cause connection failures and corrosion problems. Thanks for sharing 👍
Nice ride man. Do a video on the micro anchor poles. I been thinking about putting one on my boat. I have a 2018 1754 tracker mvx side console with a 60 on the back
Nice set up. I installed lights on my Tracker 1648. Put a 12 battery in the nose. I like how you ran a snake from the rear to the front . I might give that a try. Like the green live well also. How much did it cost? I could use it as a lockable storage locker when I take the boat camping.
Shawn Lucien Thanks Here’s were I order the live well, honestly it’s a bit small and I use it only for storage. trackermarineparts.com/tracker-parts-finder/ Part Number: 182324 The cost was $190 plus tax and shipping. I use
Nice rig. You definitely need to but those batteries in battery boxes though. Keeps em covered out of the sun and rain and more importantly, in the case they crack or explode, it protects you and the boat
Very nice choices for the boat, love them bro. Can you ask where did you purchase the trolling motor plug?? Will you looking to install Hydroturf on the boat in the future? Please post a video if you do. Thank you
Looks great and as far as people go with comments telling you your wrong. it's like assholes everyone has one. you do what you like. 24 volt can always be turned back to 12volt.
Hello MC, Waynefrom georgia again , still loving your new rig, question , can you send me a link on that small battery you mount in your boat, and can you tell me how it worked on the water, Im hoping to purchase one form my Sun Dolphin and use it on my Power Pole !

Hello how fast does that 25hp push your boat? I have a 2015 20hp merc tiller handle and looking into buying this boat to replace mine.. great videos by the way.
Jo Perrone At this moment I’m in the breaking in the motor stage but I did at one point wanted to see and I think I got up to 24mph. Also if you were able to by this boat you want be disappointed and I love it.
MC BassFishing sounds good I am very interested in it. Just waiting to see what the 2020 model looks like and either go with 2020 or try getting a discount on a 2019. I have electronics, trolling motor, trailer, and motor just need a better boat. Thank you for your detailed videos they very helpful since there is not much info on this boat.
It’s not too heavy with both batteries in that back ? I have same boat just picked up a 24 volt trolling motor. One last question what do you use to charge 24 volt system?
Tim Goslin Yes 2 batteries are heavy and I’m ok with that to run my 24v trolling motor setup I’m using Walmart batteries and it’s just as good as the more expensive ones www.walmart.com/ip/EverStart-Lead-Acid-Marine-RV-Battery-Group-24DC/180350522?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&wl13=817&adid=22222222228000000000&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=42423897272&wl4=pla-51320962143&wl5=1015078&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=local&wl12=180350522&veh=sem&gclid=CjwKCAiA9JbwBRAAEiwAnWa4Q-l1M3oPBC06bVwI7IInyAjqGeMeL-wVKKYJtlPIRQcs5d5K-L9gGxoC-G4QAvD_BwE Honestly I use a 12v charger I bought from Home Depot. I charge the batteries separately. www.homedepot.com/p/BLACK-DECKER-15-Amp-Battery-Charger-with-40-Amp-Engine-Start-BC15BD/205431782
anthony humphrey Great question, because the previous transom saver absolutely did to secure the motor when I traveled. I decided to try this one and I wasn’t 100% sure if this would work but thisparticular transom saver works perfectly. Below is the link of the transom saver I have. www.basspro.com/shop/en/bass-pro-shops-tourney-transom-saver
Beautiful set up, and nice video. I just got my 1448. How did you decide where to place the transducer? I only have the Helix 7, but I’m wondering if I should put it where you put yours.
Chris Carskaddan It depends on where you want it. Up front then place on the trolling motor and if on the stern left side. www.humminbird.com/support/faqs/SI_Transducer
That’s a sweet setup my friend! I’m looking into getting one of the 1448’s, but was wondering if you have a short shaft or long shaft motor. I have a short shaft 15 efi mercury that I’m hoping will work with it.

MC BassFishing Yeah I plan to get the same trolling motor, and don’t think it’s overkill at all. If you fish lakes that are TM only, best to have more power for sure. I was wondering if you have motives any interference on you Helix unit while using the trolling motor? Reason I ask is because your power and transducer wires all run through the same channel.
Brian Dilts Honestly the Sun Dolphin Pro 120 was an wonderful boat and I decided to replace \upgrade to an bigger boat because, I fish in a Jon Boat Club and have 2 people on the boat was getting to crowded with all of our equipment. Just not enough room.
Mondo Romos It handles extremely we’ll in windy and rough water conditions. This boat can handle those big lakes in Texas but I would recommend bigger motor or the maximum size recommend for the size boat you tend on getting. Also once you get you boat send me some pictures or videos.
great mods, but i am curious why you bothered running a drain pipe from your live well out the back? why not just drill through the livewell and through the floor? let it drain into the bottom of the boat where all the rain would naturally collect. Then just pop your one normal drain plug to drain it. maybe i'm missing something here?
It’s not overkill. Very clean setup. Put some covers over the battery output posts so you don’t create a short. 👍 Hate to see the Hummingbird fry from a short.
What is the specs for the floor between both decks? Looking to get the same boat but I wanna make sure it’s got enough room for me and 2 buddies to fish
Yeah it’s overkill but I like it. This is exactly what I want to do. Only thing is I can’t make up my mind to go with 14,16,or 17 footer. Are you in Texas?
Mondo Romos Thanks I live in Florida and if I could afford it I would have went with the 1754. No sure what’s your budget but go with the bigger boat. Also
Don’t listen to anyone that says that’s overkill they clearly don’t know what they are talking about. That is a boat of a real fisherman. Maybe add a bilge pump. How does it sit with the batteries in the back
Man your set up is on the money. Trolling motor, fish finder, wiring and electrical is not overkill at all

the plug in the transom is supposed to be on the inside of the boat. if something underwater were to rip it off , you'd sink.

Your right, and I moved it while I was fishing.
I was thinking the same thing..Man would that suck

How about doing an updated review telling what things you’ve noticed, good and bad, about the boat over the course of the year.

I would but I’ve traded in the boat. Not because anything wrong with it but because I fish in a lot of tournaments with bigger motors.
