I am into a huge problem related to APS.
I applied for an APS certificate in December 2023, but in January 2024, I got to know that I have a name problem in my documents.
The problem is that in my academic documents (10th, 12th, and college), my name is RAVAL MEETKUAMR, but in my personal documents (PAN, ADHAR, PASSPORT), it is RAVAL MEET. When I applied to APS with RAVAL MEETKUMAR, the APS form we had to send to the office had the same name.
So, in January, I changed my name in ADHAR and PAN to RAVAL MEETKUAMR and applied for a reissued passport. I got an APS certificate in February 2024 with the wrong name, RAVAL MEET. Now I also have a result passport with the correct name.
I mailed them more than 20 times and couriered all the documents, but I haven't received a response from them.
What should I do? , Should I reapply for APS with my reissued passport or just go with this APS certificate??
I think you need to correct your name! If possible try to visit the office.

Bro i have completed my bachelor's this year i didn't got my provisional certificate but i have consolidated marksheet and all 8 semester marksheet is it possible to get aps now.
I was graduated from VTU ..applied for ApS.. but the university dint reply ..still now no certificate came.....updated them with professors email but still they dint reply i applied in feb now its june ... i think they are so careless in replying back

Hi.. I applied for APS certificate on 10 th February 2024 and the courier delivered at their office on 16 February 2024. Now it's June. Didn't received my certificate yet. I messaged multiple times using mail but there were no reply. What can I do next?

I think please don’t worry, they will mail the professor and ask about the mismatch if they find. But, I think if you submitted your degree certificates there won’t be any problem . Hope for the best. Best of luck .

Bro my professor first gave me his personal email I'd and i entered this same persanal email I'd in my aps form but later on i got to know that it requires offical email I'd which my professor provided me now. But when i want to edit my professor email I'd in aps edit it doesn't show option to edit professor email id. I m worried bro.please reply and help me

Nenu 3 professors email pampichanu, kani either email or call raledhu. 8th April, 3 of my professors mail chesaru to APS regarding confirmation of me being their student. Ippudu varaikum either mail or call raledhu. Idhi na Uni-Assist application chestundhi. Help cheyandi please...

Recently I applied for my APS certificate on 27th april 2024. There i have submitted my provisional certificate which i got on 23 rd june 2023. I thought a provisional certificate is enough. Later I have seen that it must not be older than one year from the date of issue on the APS website. It had a two months gap. Is there any problem or it leads to rejection . I am very worried about this. On 30 april 2024 today I got my original bachelor's degree. so, I made my professor send support to my APS certification process via mail . He sent my original degree and all remaining documents once with my token number and submission ID. so, did they accept this situation or not. kindly clarify this query
