I think the reactor explosion is supposed to leave a custom fluid instead of lava (blazing pyrotheum) but that might be from another mod idk

you ought to try HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod. that supernova? Nothing compared to a maxed out Custom Nuke. You barely went to 300 blocks and didn't even break any of the bedrock, whereas the CN can go to over half a kilometer and shave off all but the bottom layer

Words can't describe my disappointment with the lack of HBM's nuclear tech mod here. I don't care if its the 1.12.2 extended fork or the actually up to date 1.7.10 version (I prefer the 1.7.10 version one) it would still have been better.

There's a tnt mod that has a tnt called the world buster. It takes some time to load but once it does, all you would see is void and bedrock around your render distance. Now since this mod is actually built to not be as laggy, it won't crash your pc but the hole it leaves is definitely something to look at.

Heres a suggestion: Get HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod, then first use 'the Prototype' (or any other of the 70 nukes) to get a feel of it, then afterward make a digamma nuclear reactor and let it meltdown (might need a tutorial).
I assure you, you won't be disappointed

Those explosions where really cool but I found a tnt that is even stronger the lucky tnts supernova and it’s called the world buster going hand in hand with the biom and Chunck buster I forgot from wich mod it was but I think it’s quite a bit stronger then the supernova
a realistic nuke would do double damage as the "supernova" tnt (1block = 1 meter)

Try mod called "HBM" for version 1.12.2 and you will see whats a big explosion look like :D
You should’ve put in the ballistix mod. It might not have HUGE explosions but it has missiles that you can set coordinates for and then you load one of the explosives from the mod in it. If you pair this with the nuclear science mod, you can get a dark matter bomb in survival minecraft, it’s kinda big, also the large antimatter bomb is cool too. Sad you didn’t use it
