There aren't a lot of great videos ranking ALL the restaurants. I appreciate that you gave great tips and love your reviews. Your video definitely helped me finalize our choices :) Thank you so much! I love Walt’s because I got a really cool desert, and the rattitouille (or however you spell it😂) restaurant because it’s really cool inside. If you want Italian but don’t like any of the ones in the park, next to five guys is vapiano which is not in the park, but I loved it there so I thought I would suggest it! The plaza gardens is a good breakfast place, they have nice breakfasts too.

    Hi :) we got back from DLP about ten days ago. We had Extra Plus meal plan full board. I chose Walts as our last day meal. Have to be honest and say we couldn’t wait to get out. Lovely place but we weren’t treated very well by our service. Sadly, it ruined our trip as a whole and I’ve had to put a complaint in. Suffice to say, we’re not rebooking there.

    • @MostMagicalGuides

      Hi! Thank you so much! Table service meals tend to take around one to one and a half hours. Sometimes this may be a bit quicker and other times I have dined for two hours! Service is definitely not rushed and you can take as long as you like but if you are short on time you can definitely let your server know!

      This is so interesting to hear! I went many years ago in my pre-vegan days and did enjoy it but the food at that time in DLP wasn't great overall. Post pandemic the food seems to have improved sooooo much but because I've only been eating the vegan food I have no reference for the non-vegan dishes! Maybe the vegan options as they are newish to the menus are great? It would be so interesting to hear what you think! When I saw the starter was a salad I was like of course the vegan option is a boring salad - but it was anything but boring and the dressing is great! The vegan meat is so realistic I couldn't believe it! 😂

    So glad you mentioned Fuento del oro! It's probably my favourite quick service but also I do love the chilli at last Chance café too. Unfortunately I totally agree about caseys, the last time I went it was the dinner rush (plus everything else was closed!) so took ages to order and for it to arrive. Don't get me wrong the veggie hotdog and chilli were nice but there was very little chilli and it was squashed so not the best first impression!

    Hi MMG
    Super video , when I go to DLP I was thinking of going to Paris for the day to see the sights and eat a meal but I'm reading lots of negative comments saying the city of Paris is dirty and can be dangerous pick pockets , scammers etc
    Have you been into the city and what are your thoughts should I avoid?
    Thanks 👍

    • @MostMagicalGuides
      @MostMagicalGuides Год назад +1

      Hi David! The good news is Disneyland Paris is well connected to Paris - you can catch a train into Paris and then use the Metro to get around which is perfect! I haven't been into Paris itself for many, many years so unfortunately I don't have firsthand experience of what Paris is like to visit now. I would say to just be precautious, as you would in any big city, and enjoy the sights!

    which open buffet is best? glutenfree preferrably

    • @MostMagicalGuides
      @MostMagicalGuides 4 месяца назад +1

      The best buffets are generally considered to be Downtown Restaurant, Pym Kitchen, Restaurant Agrabah Cafe and Chuck Wagon Cafe. Always let your server know you are gluten free and always check the allergy menu as this will let you know which items on the buffet are suitable for you (unfortunately the staff don't always give the correct information).
      There is also a great Facebook group called Disneyland Paris Gluten Free where people give reviews and tips about the gluten free options at Disneyland Paris.

    what would you say it;s like if youre vegan AND gluten free? i am ok to eat gluten, but my husband is intolerant - severely, to wheat. would you say it's at all feasible to have a nice dining experience anywhere in disneyland paris as vegan AND gluten free? if it isnt we have to go prepared with snacks and thinking ahead. what is the morning breakfast buffet like? from everything i read on your blog and have seen on your videos so far, it looks like disneyland paris is one of the absolute worst places for vegan food, let alone trying to get a special dining experience as vegan and gluten free.
    when we went to harry potter studios in walthamstow we were blown away. we had vegan and gluten free hot dogs, and the butterbeer was also naturally vegan and gluten free. we got to feel like we were just like everyone else, had the same experience, got to tuck in, and didnt have to beg to be understood or served something nice. to this day it is one of the best eating out experiences at an EXPERIENCE (IE studios, theme park, christmas market) that we have ever had. in fact its probably 80% of the reason why i would go back regularly!! aside from being a huge fan of course. but as i say, looking at all your reviews and experiences, it looks like we wont be anywhere near as lucky as vegan and gluten free at disneyland paris.......anda s you say, having a magical dining experience is very much a huge part of these experiences. everyone else gets to tuck in to beautiful food, mickey shaped donuts, tons of options at buffets, beautiful princess cupcakes.......then we just get salads.....it's very disheartening.

    • @MostMagicalGuides
      @MostMagicalGuides 5 месяцев назад

      Hi! This is such a great question! The good news is almost all restaurants that are owned by Disney will have a vegan option, so it is definitely easier to be vegan than just a few years ago and you can absolutely find enough options to eat throughout the length of your stay.
      I recently did a video with the best vegan options on offer which I hope will help! ruclips.net/video/pllX5YiBXCM/видео.htmlsi=By6CGfFJJTGmwuVV
      I don't know lots about the gluten free options at DLP (there is a great Facebook group called Gluten Free at Disneyland Paris who are super helpful!) but I have seen dishes such as the chakalaka at Hakuna Matata and the Chili at Last Chance Cafe be listed as vegan and gluten free.
      I would say the allergy menu will be your best friend! This will let you know exactly what is vegan and gluten free. Sadly the staff don't always have the right information, and have been known to give out bad information, so always check the allergy menu! Vegan options will be marked on the menus but for gluten free options you always need to check the allergy menu.
      The breakfasts at the hotel will have a few vegan options and some gluten free options (however the options that are both vegan and gluten free will be harder to find) but these are very limited so I personally don't think they are worth the cost you pay so always take breakfast foods with me.
      I've got a list of all the vegan options at Disneyland Paris on my website which I hope helps a bit!
      www.mostmagicalguides.com/vegan-disneylandparis
      It is sad that DLP doesn't really cater well for people with dietary needs and it does feel like an afterthought (particularly compared to the US Disney Parks, who go above and beyond!).
      I would also check during your trip in the Disneyland Paris app the opening hours of the restaurants you would like to eat in. Some close early, so if there is somewhere you really want to eat you will know what time of day you will be able to eat there.
      The Harry Potter Studio Tour is so amazing and it is such a great win how accommodating they are for vegans and people who are gluten free! We are super lucky in the UK that most restaurants are becoming better and better at catering for all people. Sadly France is not super accommodating and I think this is a big part of why the food options aren't the best.
      I do hope Disney realise with so many people visiting Disneyland Paris from all around they world that they do need to improve this, as you say, everyone should be able to enjoy Mickey shaped snacks and amazing meals and not have to search for the best of the limited choices available and hope for the best!
