How to bypass the flow sensor at present i have no sensor.
Oil flow showing zero while fuel pump is running
Do you have two boilers? Use the second one and order the spare.If you have one boiler try to running it emergency mode.

This is one of the parts which you should have onboard is critical spare.
Good day. Could you please help us to solve problem. After overhaul of flowmeter FO FLOW readings 0n PC shows zero when FO pump in operation. Noted that flowmeter is easy rotates. When FO pump is going to stop, readings raise to 50 and then come to zero again. Could you please advice us if pole wheel installed vice versa may it be possible cause of absence readings of FO FLOWMETER? Thank you in advance for your kind reply.

Most important is the position of sensor that reads the beats from bearing as it turns.Check it position and cable if it is fine.
Also be sure that you did't change something else like beats inside PC.This sensor have exact lock in fuel floweter housing.
Hope you will solve this problem.
