I think this Cindy Lou Who is better than the one they used in 2016. I saw the video of Celebrity Secrets TV (I think that’s what they’re called anyway) where they did the interviews with everybody and they had some grownup lady as Cindy and she was clearly trying to sound like a kid but she just sounded like a high-pitched adult woman. I think the casting for this show was better, she sounds more youthful here and is short enough to be somewhat believable as a little girl. The actress is probably a teenager here I think, which is still older, but it’s better than casting some grown woman who can’t sound like a kid and expecting people to look and listen and say “hey that person looks and sounds like a kid”.
