Every time they do studies on protein quality veg vs meat it’s pretty much the same. Most recent study was funded by the beef industry they reluctantly released the findings. Veg and meat protein had equal muscle growth. You guys gotta think more!
I was vegetarian / vegan for approximately 22 years. Most recently after getting Paul’s book , How To Eat Move and Be Healthy… and listening to his comments on having dogmatic views regarding diet, I have been incorporating small amounts of flesh foods when I feel I need it, and after these few months, I will say I have seen drastic improvements with my energy, overall strength and memory function. I give thanks to the Source for any flesh food that I consume and this doesn’t change my views on factory farming or cruelty to animals. I truly hope what I’ve seen in this trailer regarding the return to natural ways of how animals are reared and treated when they are being provided as a food source becomes a reality and people can stop fighting over what they feel is good for them should be how everyone else should eat ✌🏼
Wise words. It's still hard for perhaps many people to accept the fact that dietary needs are individual and can change over time. If you do more intense physical training for example, it's a given that animal produces will make you stronger, at least if those animal produce have been of good quality, more natural-like. Animal cruelty is something we all should be very concerned of, and personally, I'd like to one day, when my financial situation allows it, to move to countryside to keep some animals of my own for eventual food. Organ meats, especially hormone gland meats, used to be prized delicacy of the ancient humter-gatherers, and I want some of those too. But it should not come at the expense of the animal's well-being.
YAY!!! Yes!! Changed our eating lifestyle in March 24 and have had NOTHING but POSITIVE results...no drugs, no processed anything, no plants. The full crock pot is our daily medicine and steak is our "go to" meal of the day! 🥩🥩🥩
Let your body largely tell u what to eat, NOT your emotions (which can also felt in the body ofc). This requires good self-awareness to help u distinguish tho!
Follow Vegan diet as pro football player was the bigest mistake. I was in catabolism, destroied my gut health, hormonal systemand had also tough time psychologicly. As soon as I get back on organic farming meat and sutarated fat from cod fish my physical health and brain recovered.
I just converted back to meat (no eating pig) after 10 years of vegetarian , thanks to one of Paul's students who is my coach for strength and re conditioning in NZ , my body feels younger and I'm happier also will train up for an MMA fight this year
we are biologically designed to eat meat.. which is why when we abstain we have to take so many supplements [ i learned this the hard way] I returned to eating meat and no longer need special supplementation ☕😀
what? we have little in common with actual carnivores. our digestive systems are very different. And meat eaters produce their own vit C. the only supplement you have to take w/out meat is b12 and that is b/c the water and soil is so processed, it is removed.
Veganism is another problem which will lead to dogma, all our ancestors ate meat to thrive , I live in Algeria , we have nomads which eat mostly meat , all natural they're doing great , they're healthy and live longer and strong .
It's not. It's unnecessary cruelty. Meat eaters like you just need to have excuses for their behavior so they don't have to change. Stay in your bubble 🤦🏻♂️
@@HerbieKg I also think that meat is good, at least when it's produced humanely and not having the animals suffer. I tried being vegan for a month, but it made me physically weaker even though my plant and mushroom diet had good variety. How do you explain that? Maybe because I didn't take B12 supplements nor seaweeds.
herbivores are herbivores. carnivores are carnivores. the man is way more carnivore than herbivore. so the main part of our diet should be meat. the rest are side dishes.
The best food is the food that your body needs at any given meal. But to discern that accurately requires an honest, intimate, loving relationship with one's body, and a commitment to the truth of what one needs above and beyond "Ideas" about what is or isn't best.... Love and chi, Paul Chek
Genesis 1:29 - And God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.
@@masonryjoe vegans always use this Bible verse, yet they forget on the parts of the Bible, like Jesus feeding everybody with fish, or Peter having a vision of all of these four footed animals, reptiles, and birds coming out of heaven, and God telling him to eat them, and Peter saying he has never eaten anything impure, and God saying not to call impure or “unclean” that he has made clean. Or all of the Jews been told to sacrifice animals, etc. The dogma is very intense. I was a vegan, I know.

that’s cool, some people will sacrifice a little strength in vitality to end the suffering of sentient species at our hands

too bad cultures that eat high amounts of animal foods are not known for their health or longevity
