iBoard Running Board: amzn.to/2qdXgmE
Overall, the iBoard Running Board looks like it is very well made. It is light weight and sturdy. It's made of aluminum with a rubber non-slip pad and is powder coated. The installation was fairly easy as you can see in the video.

Nice easy project. They look great. I may be looking at a set of these.
I found the video after buying a set, I can't wait to put 'em on.
Always enjoy your videos.
Thank you. I appreciate it!
Very nice man! Videos are looking really good too 👍🏼
Thanks man! Lots of room to improve :)
Thank you for the video. Good quality. Just bought a pair of these for my '05 Wrangler. Not test my patients by installing these with my 13 year old son!
That's great! Sometimes having a 'helper' makes things take a little longer, but that time is invaluable to them. He will remember those experiences for the rest of his life.
@@JeepSolid Are you still happy with these iboard Running Boards? Are they holding up well? I must get a pair for my Ram Promaster, I've had multiple spine surgeries and need a surefooted step.( I weigh less than 150 lbs.) Would you recommend these? Do they provide good traction even when there's snowfall - I realize they'd need to be brushed off, but does a little snow or rain make them slippery? Thank you for anything you care to share about this product.
Nice upgrade my friend 👍👍👍
Thanks! It seems like a good product.
They look good👍
Thanks man!
Love your jeep looks just like mine 😁
Cool! It's a good one.
Nice! Thanks.
Hey Dale, I have the same iboard steps. Also all new body mount bolts and bushing. Mine not only flex more than I would prefer... which isn't a huge deal. The thing is, on the driver side they dont seem to be completely horizontal. There is a slight sag and its not the best footing when standing and trying to do stuff. Any suggestions on a fix? Also if I come up with a solution first I will tell you what I did.
Easiest would be place 1/2 of a washer on the back side of the mount where it bolts up to the frame. Forcing the bracket to tip up. May not be best, but would be easy. Maybe taper the washer a bit.
What is the legnth of these boards?
It looks like any terrain that reaches up and makes contact from below would probably pop the board free of those square head bolts. I was liking them until you showed how they just slid into that channel. Is the channel reinforced with steel?
No, looks like the channel is aluminum as well.
Jeep solid : what fuel injector cleaner do you recommend ? And I can I put it threw the brake booster hose ? I heard I can do that
I really like Red Line products. Here ya go: amzn.to/2qrSrX9
As far as adding cleaner to the brake booster hose.... well, Yes and No. It can be done, but won't effectively clean the fuel injector system, as it would go directly into the intake manifold. The fuel injectors also spray into the intake manifold. I'd want the cleaner to pass through the injector as well.
JeepSolid ok so I'll get Red line and put it in the gas tank so it goes threw the whole system ....Thanks Jeep solid
I would go back and put some anti-seize on those frame bolts, sooner rather than later. If you don't, next time you go to take off those bolts, it won't be so easy.
Yeah, anti-seize is a good idea!
It was a good addition to your Jeep. Look like good running boards.....although, I was like you as far as the flex of the board.
Yeah. Seems like a good product.
Funny as I just fitted running boards to my Jeep. Not this brand but not your model either. The SAME brackets are used. They do have alot of weight, but the bracket that concerns me is the rear. Same issue. Hmmm
That's funny, you just finished some. Haha. These seem like a good product.
JeepSolid mine are tubular. But yeah very odd.
4 inch
My jeep has factory running boards made of plastic that are significantly sturdier than these look. Mine don't flex nearly as much as those do.
Yeah. It's the bracket that lets it flex. The board itself is solid.
They are junk!
