@@benuln8283 People say it's cause Brick's the leader so he gets first dibs on talking and hitting, but I don't see how the most violent of the three would fall in line so easily with anyone telling him what to do. Even if he unanimously agrees with Brick's decisions because he shares his villainous values, it's still weird if he's the most violent RRB but somehow never, not one time, tries to attack Boomer the way Brick does. Actually, even in the RRB losing animation for Multiversus, you can see that Boomer is the one who attacks first and Butch is the one who backs off first (after getting kicked by Boomer)... but I guess Butch did manage to subjugate Boomer pretty thoroughly.
That was always a problem for me even in the original show. I could tell Boomer and Brick apart, but not Butch and Brick even though Butch was the odd one out with the voice actors. Maybe he tries to sound like Brick?
That, plus the OOC shipping stuff like with Brick talking about how Blossom smells like cinnamon and unicorns and is so pretty in a tsundere way. He spat on her and openly disparages girls like with Princess, and also draws her as a devil in the DC comics. There's no way he's that idealistic about her. And what's with Boomer suddenly being shy and insecure around Bubbles when he confidently calls her dumb-looking after she dresses up like him in Bubble Boy? I don't think Butch had any notable interactions with Buttercup in the show so I can't say anything about his sudden interest in her here. Plus, isn't his most notable character trait being Brick's right-hand-man? I mean he compliments Brick as his leader here (they got that right at least), but he never shows initiative or even a particular interest in fighting in the same way as Buttercup in the show. I mean, he barely talks even to comment on stuff like Brick or Boomer do, and when he does talk, it's mostly in support of Brick. I'm worried the RRB are just gonna actually become the Powerpuff Boys if this carries on... It'll be boring. (What would be funny, and maybe a little bit redeeming for these apparent changes in characterization, is if the RRB were actually actively trying to act more like the PPG. Hmm... Speculative, though.)
@@CurrentBlue-sd5er I think it gives them more dimensions as characters, underneath all that roughness and rowdyness, there's a part of them that wants to be friends, if not more with the girls, they just won't admit because of their roles.

Damn this is the most I've ever heard him speak 😂
Yeah… I don’t remember him having many lines in the show.
