They should! Boston's MBTA subway cars have color. In the 1970s and 80s the cars had grey roofs, white window bands, and line color (red, blue, green, orange) below the window. NYC MTA could do the same---the livery is an instant clue to what rapid transit line you're on.
So, this train ran on the 1 line between Chambers St. and 137th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and departed hourly. The train is run by the Transit Museum, not the MTA, which is probably why you couldn't find it. Don't worry, you can still ride it at the same times I mentioned before on every Sunday till Christmas! It departs from Chambers at 10AM.
Greenbirds, Blue Jays, Robins, Red Birds, Cardinals. Perfect! 👍👍
I love the old trains
BRING COLORS BACK!
