The first requirement is you can doen very easily
You need to just add the condition check in the node js apis side (in MongoDB you can use find method)
The second option normally we are not used in admin panal of e commerce app
And its possible with custom logic
But make the app more complex and chances for losing data or duplicate data is more

We use API to connecting flutter app with MongoDB
