I just checked the times of her runs. She isn't running those courses. I don't get how we can hold someone up as an inspiration when they can't even calculate calories and eat the right amount... I've helped many people overcome weight issues, and it's as simple as spending 2 hours educating yourself and the rest is self discipline. It's way easier than she makes it look.
