I imagine the 'person cursed into animal form' is kind of covered by Beastkin and werecreature dedication, but those do have more flexibility in what shape you can be.
A lot more flexibility. Which is why I thought that the Awakened Animal fit that theme a bit better. Like Binx (Hocus Pocus) and Salem (Sabrina the Teenage Witch), who I meant to mention in my list of examples, lol.
Why would an awakend animal surve Rovagug? Well, acording to the Bible, the first known person to cast awaken animal was the Devil. (Well I guess techicly he tricked man into casting it on themselves, but I digress.)
