That's right, I really don't like it when in other dramas there is a part where the stepsister causes a misunderstanding because she claims the item was given by the female lead. Then ml thought it was true and leaving the female lead huh😓Even though it's very easy to guess if the male lead is smart
This one is the best, it had the logic in every sections.. No unnecessary dragging and no violence.. Viewers should watch it.. Every character did justice to their role.. Absolutely beautiful

This ML is the most brilliant ML I ever seen in a short drama.... He believes in his intuitions and never easy to be fooled by someone.... He can see through wrong or right from the beginning..and the FL .. she is also so strong and uses best methods to prove herself.. She is brilliant , calm and beautiful.... She can defend herself and can also be the strength of her loved ones... Grandma is also very good... And about this drama what I love the most is there is no long lasting misunderstandings... All the problems are solved quickly due to wise leads and their supporters.... One of the best short drama to watch...It's worth the time...😊❤❤❤

I also like that the bad guys are never quite smart enough to get past the lead CP... they use lots of underhanded tactics, but the ML and FL are rational and thinking beings ... It's also obvious that they are physically attracted to each other, but they don't jump to conclusions about that either.
All in all this is a very satisfactory version of this story, and I'm inclined to think the other versions we've seen are the imitations.

@@clemnceuwera3069 Idk if this is the same one, but i recently saw one with Chen Si, where he made his friend pretend the item was there's and the girl was also scared, she almost spilled everything, but her mom rushed and covered it up. ML didn't believe a thing, he was skeptical of everyone.

I cannot believe it! Like really?! While I was watching this, I am so happy to see that the ML and FL are using their heads before drawing into a conclusion, most especially the ML. He is not the typical ML who believes immediately because someone showed the keep sake he left for the FL he will take responsible for and protected the FL in ways that is satisfying. I will rewatch this and recommend as well. 2 thumbs up we don't have stupidity, kidnapping, stabbing (with one of my brows raised), and whatever domestic violence they come up with. Happy and satisfied.!!!! 🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜

I enjoyed this from beginning to end. A calm smart FL. A ML who actually thinks and doesn’t just believe all the green teas around. I always wondered how these supposed rich CEOs find themselves so quickly snared by green teas. This one had the cautious nature I would expect from someone trying to protect a family fortune and legacy. The FL was not just reacting to everything thrown her way. She was smart and calm, a thinker. I hope we see more couples like this. ❤

Such a beautiful drama. So there’s a hope that douyin dramas can get better and better. No typical troupes like kidnapping, never ending misunderstanding between main leads, all the green teas were disposed quickly, the conflicts were also solved in pretty short time . We got two smart, strong leads as they’re supposed to be. It’s a slow burn romance, even though I really wish FL could be more relaxing and showing normal expressions and emotions not being so stiff so the chemistry between her and Chen Si could deliver better.

The stiffness works most of the way through because she's been through so much in her young life that she's probably almost pathologically guarded and reserved... she does the best with the child towards the end, but even there she never quite lets go because she doesn't believe she has a right to be close to him. It would have been great to have had one more scene, post the "drama", where we see the family happy and relaxed together... that would have convinced me the FL was just immersed in the role rather than being too stiff as an actor.

Bestest of best drama. Just loved it. Finally a Ml with a brain who doesn't believe everything or everyone. A Fl who is smart, strong, calm and composed. This drama is worth re-watching it again and again. The line which ml said stole my heart was "she is my wife, i have an obligation to believe her" just loved it 🤌❤️

Good drama. ML doesn't trust anyone, but can see through schemes just like his granny. The FL has her own survival plan. Good acting, natural progression, no annoying over-dramatic scenes. 👌

For the first time a ML was smart enough to know that if he reveals the significance of that ring green tea will take the chance to impersonate and he trusted his instincts to know that she wasn’t the one from that night. Like this switch got me cause they always fall for green tea tricks, he was so cautious of FL’s sis cause he knew her character was bad.
FL was on the soft side, but very smart and not about to let anyone bully her. And I really enjoyed that side of her it was giving bad B who’s silently laughing at your stupidity for thinking you can outsmart her🤣🤣🤣 it’s my 2nd time watching her and both times she gets roles with this kind of persona, I really want to see her do something different she’s quite okay to watch.
Would have love to see them more lovey dovey …don’t know if I felt they were not so comfortable with themselves or it’s just cause of the role given (tell me what you think after watching). I was really expecting more from them that’s why I wished they had more scenes after everything was revealed.
Enjoyed it anyway and they’re both a good smart couple pair.
Feel the same about your last paragraph. The stiffness between them works because the characters they portrayed SHOULD be on guard ... but I would have liked to have seen a little more looseness after the final reveal with the brother.

One of the best dramas I've seen so far. The plot is beautifully written; the main characters and their family are all morally upright people, both male and female protagonists are have strong characters, smart and are not easily manipulated and fooled by the villains and the villains all got there due retribution.
All the cast members performed very well esp Chen Si ❤❤❤ and the FL. The couple had great chemistry ❤❤❤❤
