    Placed as the centerpiece of Aspen Vision City, Viluxe will be their only landed project in this masterplan. Just imagine when everything is completed, residents of Viluxe will have access to the 25 acres Central Park, IKEA and shopping mall, Vervea commercial centre, UOW KDU University, Designer mall and etc. It's just very convenient.
    Again, it's really a debate between having a landed property in mainland versus highrise in Penang Island with similar budget. As this is a masterplan development, the infrastructure will be well planned. From the road width, road shoulders, street lights, pedestrian pathways, security and etc. These elements will provide a different luxury to your living conditions.
    Also, Viluxe is stratafied development secured by it's own team of security and guard house. As this is quite a rare element, the team prepared several different compositions of layouts in order to satisfy all types of customers. Thus please check thoroughly during your research as it can be quite confusing.
    Overall, this is somewhat a transition from individual titled terrace houses to a full fledged strata living experience.

    I agree with you on the point of congestion issue. God knows how many double parked cars along side the road in the future 😱

    This will be a hotspot for all the people around which has its own positives and negatives. Though the landed house is beautiful but having to pay toll everyday or even if there's a monthly pass kind of a deal is something that hits you everyday and is not the best feeling. Small recurring expenses can be big irritants.

      I'd rather pay 200 RM more rent than 100 RM in tolls. Would be a huge turn-off for me as well, but not everyone's like that

      How do you feel about working/living in Batu Kewan? Curious about someone staying in the area thinks. From the island but looking for investment ideas.

      @@cheryly.596 I think this is for future investment,because I can see what will happen in 5 years in future. That time all property will be higher demand same with Penang island.

    Well said, congestion will be the key concern despite the public pavement. Landed are rare in Penang. I believe it will be quite sought after.

    I personally would like to suggest remove divider of Tv living hall. Don’t block dining view. That will be more spacious.

    Hi Sean, are there still shop lots in Vervea available for purchase through the developer? Or have they all been sold out ? Any future shop lot development to be built? Thanks!

      I don't think so as that will be the commercial hotspot for their township. Well as for remaining units, do check with the team if there's any loan rejected units because as I know, it was sold out. Do try your luck yea=)

      Yea. JL is quite close. But the price is not finalized yet currently, also there's a difference on corner, intermediate, 24', 20' and etc. Too many variations for me.

    It will be wonderful if I work in batu kawan but if my company in island, everyday I need to pay 5.60 everytime I enter. I don’t eat also need to pay 11.20

      Now if you're buying residential project, you're actually protected by government via HDA. Developer scam are not that common anymore.

    the design seem abit wasteful on space , they manage to recreate a condo size living room into a corner landed house == really blow my mind away and the awkward full height window for toilet
