Well when you're at the concert, they sound no different but when you watch the footage afterward, they sound like this. It's not that they're not perfect, because they are, it's just that they're putting on a fantastic show for everyone and they want their fans to be excited about it. They can't sound like they do on the album live because they're jumping around and getting into it so much.
They perform for the fans. They're job is to pump up the crowd. Nothing is going to sound perfect but they play exactly like they sound. Vic (nor the band) would never throw out anything that they can't perform live perfectly.
