    Hi my child 15 yr old wrote on restroom divider in school wrote like 3 things he got citation from police they have come high school..we got court date..but a probation officer reach out asking for interview n ask for my child social n birth certificate n school grades and my paystubs and marriage license...we have court again she said more likely it will get dismissed..but why did she need all my child info specifically private stuff when we haven't gone to court...i didnt give her social but other stuff ..can i get the copies she took i feel uncomfortable her having them when my child didnt murder anyone or did something big...

    • @jasminemarecia
      @jasminemarecia  Год назад +1

      Hello. The probation officer was obtaining information for court purposes. The judge will ask he/she questions regarding the child that they will need to know. I’m not sure why they would need paystub or your SSN but I wouldn’t have given that information either. Yes you can request copies and if she had to write a court report for your child you can request that as well.

      Yes Juvenile Justice was between $40,000-$45,000. Probation was $35,000-40,000. I preferred Juvenile Justice. My caseload was between 10-12 kids but it does require a lot still.

For the adults it wasn’t many services for them and most of them were set in there ways so it was kinda hard to work with them. At least with the kids they were willing but it took ALOT of motivation to get them involved.
