@@denis1212 If police keeps doing nothing, a bit of a citizens' protest may become a necessity. And what exactly don't they have an authority for? They can't give tickets, but they don't. They merely put a written complaint on the car's windshield, a complaint that can be taken off without damaging the said windshield. I don't see anything blatantly illegal that they're doing, unlike the drivers, who sometimes commit an attempt of murder. If that happened in the states, the drivers would face decades in prison, as they should. Oh, and when did you get their written complaint;-)?
