  • EKAMRAVANA A HERITAGE GARDEN
    * Ekamravana, situated on the Western banks of Bindusagar lake near Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar, opened in 2009. This heritage garden, transformed from a derelict site, features over 200 medicinal plants and integrates traditional architecture with rich biodiversity. It was created by craftsmen from Raghunathpur and Lalitgiri. Ekamravana's design honors Hindu mythology, specifically the sacred forest of a single mango tree linked to Shiva and Parvati. Managed by the Odisha Forest Department, the garden offers serene surroundings for leisurely walks and tranquil meditation, making it a significant example of urban heritage conservation.
