Hi have a doubt, u passed datacontrol function definition inside CreateSerever method. how Createserver method called dataControl function without invoking it.

After running the server one time, You might face an error port already in use.
A solution for that is not available for Windows.
So here's what I think he did.
After making changes in the codes, he went into terminal ctl+c and then you can run the code again refresh the server on your browser and you should be able to see the changes on that same port.

you can use const port=8081; and pass port where written that, and you choose any port number
