I can't even rank the songs on Baekhyun's album. I feel like the title track and the b-side are equally good. I also wonder how Baekhyun chooses the title track when all the songs are good. 😂
Thing about Baekhyun is that he will experiment with different sounds of R&B and incorporate other tastes of genres, both with instrumental and with his vocals. Not many out there can do that or aren't interested in branching away from what's "safe". As you've said with Cold Heart, it's a story. Baekhyun tells stories with each song, not just with lyrics but with the musicality itself (and his dancing too if you see performances). Literally one of the top soloists ever
